Special hotel in a great location

We stayed for only one night and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. We were in the enchanting room with the hand-painted ceiling. It was very spacious and its old-world charm paired perfectly with modern furniture and conveniences. The weather was warm enough to sleep with the windows open but the traffic and pedestrian noises carried on well into the night, so we had to close the windows around 2 am. We enjoyed a bottle of wine we'd brought on the rooftop patio before dining in the restaurant downstairs which served delicious food with excellent service. The location is conveniently close to the action of the old town without being right in it. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying at another ArtHotel in the future!

Great area, nice hotel

We only stayed one night and it was pleasant. The ladies at reception couldn't have been nicer. They provided maps, lots of suggestions, and allowed us to check out an hour later giving us time to see the castle. Pretty hotel in a nice building with modern decor and a nice little bar area. We didn't eat dinner in the restaurant but we had breakfast for 11.90 euro and it was excellent.

The rooms were big, beds were comfortable. The furniture in the room could use a bit of updating soon as it is beginning to show signs of wear. We faced the street, but it was quiet at night. The AC wasn't on yet (or didn't work), but fortunately it wasn't hot while we were there. Great location, easy underground parking (extra). Wifi only seemed to work in the room, not lobby or restaurant. It is a bit expensive, but, I think, worth it.

Excelllent service staff helpful.. rooms were a little cold for me as the heating only works when the room card is inserted... so if you come back late at night it is cold \

apart from that meetings held held here went well, food and snacks were good.. service a little slow, but we were with quite a big group
cant complain too much

Cold and noisy hotel in great neighborhood

This hotel has a modern feel with sparsely decorated rooms that have dark hardwood floors, white walls and modern furniture. Double beds are literally two beds pushed together with a nice crack in the middle. The restaurant and bar look trendy. The bathrooms are modern, sleek, and very nice. The walls, doors, and windows in this hotel are very thin, so you hear people walking down the halls or speaking in the hallway, and the traffic outside with buses running every 10 minutes. The rooms and hotel are very clean. This hotel is trying to be trendy, but just misses the mark on a few critical items, like peace and quietness. The location of the hotel is great, you can get to all attractions by foot. There is a parking garage in the basement that is plus.

Nice Hotel

Loved this hotel. Rooms were comfortable. Good shower. Only real issue was double bed was two singles pushed together. The staff was great and loved the location. I had a car and was able to reserve a space in their garage. It worked out really well. I want to come back in warmer weather when the roof area is open. Looks like a nice place to relax with a drink.
