WOULD DEF STAY THERE AGAIN
etiennechantalon 31/07/2017 15:44Visited Manila for an event and had to stay in ideal location so I wont have to spend so much time traveling to and from the hotel and the event location.
Location- I liked its location. It was situated in a not so crowded area in Makati. It has a gym nearby since theres no gym in the hotel. There also are ATM's nearby if you need to wdraw cash and a 7/11 store if you need to grab other things.
Service- I loved that their staff didnt give me a hard time w anything. They were helpful and had attended greatly and helped me w my little requests like gave me a cup of vinegar since i needed to fix my camera haha, and also sent me a steamer, needed to straighten my clothes.
Wifi- wasnt really ok but I was out most of the time so i didnt really need it that much,
Room- I liked it. It was how Id like my room to look like. It was clean.
Too bad I only stayed for 2 days and was out most of the time but I loved it there! Would recommend it and would stay there again.
Good service
dalton con 07/07/2017 13:54Good room and good service also they have a good breakfast. The room is spacious and employees will always greet you and they always smile. If you are looking for a budget hotel that is near the malls this is the hotel for you.
Great little Hotel
HiHI1985Don 01/07/2017 06:02We stayed 3 nights, over all services and the facilities very good. Professional staff all speak good English. Reasonably good breakfast could be improve bit more. The location great easy access to the major tourist attractions.
You will not be disappointed for the money you paid for.
Uncomfortable and dingy
RachaelEmmaon 01/06/2017 15:25My experience at Artina Suites was nothing like many of the other reviewers. To start, I was given a room with no windows. There were window shutters, but behind that was...a wall. That made the room dingy and stuffy. When I turned on the air conditioning to cool it down, it was freezing. The air conditioning was very loud, and there was some loud clanging outside the room at all hours, like something mechanical was broken. There wasn't any way to adjust the temperature. The bed was so hard that it hurt to sleep on my side. The room was run-down. And for being in Makati, the neighborhood's not great. The two good things were that the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. I would not stay here again.
COMFORTABLE ROOM AND GOOD BREAKFAST
Debby Gon 18/05/2017 10:01Stayed overnight in Artina for a meeting and training. It is located walking distance to Makati City Hall and Century Mall. Hotel entrance is along a secondary road which may be easily missed. Good thing we were using Waze (traffic app) as the taxi driver is also unfamiliar with the hotel. The doorman was very helpful and efficient upon our arrival and all the personnel at the Reception were very friendly and accommodating. We got a free upgrade to a suite room which was greatly appreciated and assisted by another personnel with our baggages. The elevator is small and can fit 2-3 persons with ovenight bags. One thing I noticed is that personnel of this hotel are sincere in helping out their guests without the typical body language or spiel to get tips. Basic toiletries were provided. The room rate we got is excluding breakfast (it was on promo). Set Filipino breakfast ranges from P180-P210 excluding service charge and is composed of garlic rice, 2 eggs and choice of longganisa, beef tapa, fried bangus and refillable brewed coffee (which was very good). Service was fast and server was friendly and efficient. The cafe called Gallery Cafe also features artworks of various local artist which made the area colorful and alive. Room service from the cafe is also available. Hotel rooms are non-smoking but smoking is allowed in a small corner on every floor and the smell can permeate inside the room. If you are highly sensitive to the smell, request for a room farthest from the elevator.
