michaelrbirchon 28/08/2017 14:23A wonderful base for a long weekend trip to Berlin. Great location with the underground literally on the doorstep. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Rooms very clean and co for table, perhaps a little dated but absolutely ideal for a short stay in this wonderful city. Would definitely come back.
Decent hotel near the Zoo.

Simple clean rooms, nice location to explore West Berlin next to lots of transport options, easy to get to and from Tegel airport and many restaurants of all kinds around.
Internet was very good even the free WiFi (there is also a faster WiFi option for payment)
No free water in room and the bottle for sale was probably the MOST expensive I've ever seen in a hotel! (even in 5 stars hotels) 5,30 euros...
Overall a very good choice especially if you can get a bargain!
Breakfast could be improved though both in terms of quality and choice - but you can get a nice breakfast in one of the numerous cafes around!
Well located, clean hotel
DRojasoron 21/07/2017 12:13Hotel very well located for all public transport, the zoo, shopping and lots of decent bars and restaurants nearby.
Hotel staff were efficient and helpful and the room was a decent size, clean and well kept daily by the house keeping staff (although they seemed to take towels without replacing, but the front desk staff were quick to remedy this each time).
With the room rate we got the place was good value for money, and would recommend.
Poor customer service
legraouon 20/07/2017 12:20I spent one night in this hotel 2 weeks ago (4-5/07) and I unfortunately forgot my eyeglasses in my room. Though it is something that must happen quite often in a hotel, I have been painfully disappointed by the way the staff dealt with it. I had to call every two days for a week, only to find that no one has seen these glasses. How is that even possible?
Great Location
readeasyon 09/07/2017 03:38The hotel is great if you are going to take the Hop on/off bus in Berlin, which I recommend, is 1 block away. There are several restaurants, a Lidl grocery store across the street and a mall very close. The hotel has paid parking and breakfast. The air conditioning is not up to American standards, but the windows open. I would stay there again.
