Made to feel very welcome
Rebecca Fon 31/08/2017 13:33Came here with my boyfriend for his birthday, though only a short break was wonderful. From check in to check out the staff I met were friendly, approachable and made us both feel very welcome.
The young lady that checked me in could not have been more helpful and I really appreciated the time she took to explain the area and things to do near by.
I have been telling everyone how amazing my trip was and recommending this hotel to anyone who will listen.
Great hotel in a great location
kennedyclan56on 29/08/2017 21:49We have just spent 4 nights in the hotel in August 2017. The hotel is in a perfect location with enough bars and restaurants in walking distance. The access to public transport is excellent.
It is clear that the hotel prides itself on excellent customer care as we had a minor issue with the shower and this was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly and you feel valued as a guest. The hotel room was so lovely, the bed and pillows are the best we have encountered. The standard of the room was excellent and cleaned to a really high standard. We loved Berlin and staying in this hotel made the whole experience a great one. After a long day of sightseeing it was nice to come back to such a lovely hotel room.
Sign on to "Club Carlson" - it may make your breakfast much more affordable
Shimshon001on 29/08/2017 10:49We greatly enjoyed our stay in Art'otel Mitte. The excellent location is augmented by a very efficient and polite service, with somewhat out of the box art everywhere. We booked our room (nice, comfortable and very clean) via the hotel website at a very reasonable rate, and were offered an option to join "Club Carlson" and get breakfast added to our room charge at a very small addition. It turned out to be an excellent choice, since the sumptuous breakfast buffet was most enjoyable and an excellent start for the day.
Fantastic offer for four nights, will come again.
gillian pon 29/08/2017 00:09Loved this hotel, it was so trendy, show casing art and sculptures at the entrance of the hotel,this carried on throughout the establishment.The staff were caring about all information given, you could tell they liked their job, they were, so helpful . Room service was in good time, and the food, delicious. Would return
Attractive, smaller hotel next to an underground station
JohnN0113on 28/08/2017 18:05We chose the hotel because it was modern, not too large and close to both the river and to the public transport - Markisches Museum "U" bahn stop. We had a large room on the top (5th) floor, which had everything we needed including a good coffee machine, reading lights and good linen. The bar and breakfast area were both nice and staff couldn't have been more helpful. The entrance to the hotel is on Wallstrasse and doesn't look special, but the other side is on Fischer Insel and is the older style of a merchant's house with an ornate staircase and beautiful room for event. So you can have breakfast - which is good - overlooking the water. The hotel is in walking distance of the Spree river bank with restaurants and not far from the Museum Island. Would definitely stay here again.
