kateC1097TCon 30/06/2017 00:56Great location, close to Wieliczka Salt mine and to too far from Krakow downtown. Our room was big and clean with everything we needed. Tea and coffee was available in the room, WIFI was working excellent. Huge breakfast selection, we enjoyed our stay very much!

The staff was very helpfull and kind. The breakfast was great. We got a very good price-quality deal. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. Very easy access by car from the airport and to the center of Krakau

1300XJRon 24/09/2016 15:00Stayed here on our road trip thru Europe...beautiful hotel clean, comfortable and well equipped and with some very nice furnishings throughout the hotel, the food was good and the staff very friendly and helpful, would not hesitate to book again.

TV channels in English, French and German. It has hairdryer.
Staff very helpful. Information from reception was very good!
And they offer a good price ! A little bit far from the center.

Jacek Pon 21/06/2014 18:58Room door made from cardboard? Walls to thin the same like floor without insulation. Effect? Y can hear everything from hotel corridor, neighbouring rooms also vertical. Every step, every word. Just the same like in the tent on the popular camping. Horrible.
All the rest - great compare price. Big room, comfy beds, fresh towels and bedlinen. Bathroom on acceptable level.
Improbably friendly, nice and open staff. Great atmosphere because of the staff. It's the bigest value of Artur hotel.
Location close to highway, good signposted road to hotel, too small parking.
