OVER ALL DISSAPOINTING
svenklink80on 30/05/2017 21:08we were a group off 9 persons, on a week long trip we´ve stayed at like apart one night. We travveled 12 hours and the check ind took over 30 min, VERY BAD SERVICE!
The room was also disappointing. One bed light wasn’t working, the skrues from the front for handl were falling off. The Shower is in a bathtub, when you turn around you hit your knee.
At the bar the service was really bad while the person working there servede the first beers warm without gas. The it took like for ever to get some new drinks. When we wanted to order the desert at 21:55 the staff said the kitchen was closed (22:00)VERY BAD SERVICE since it was “their” fault do to the very slow check ind!
Absolutely not an acceptable service and in my opinion the management should rethink the way of service.
Please notice that we on our trip stayed at 6 different hotels and this one was by fare the worst…
Nice hotel, good for the business traveller - seems to have lots of meetings on site
RobDee1432on 30/03/2017 22:45Good hotel no far off the E3 (which has too many construction sites) - very friendly staff, good bar and OK restaurant with good buffet style meals - soldi, but not fancy, very edible. Good sleep, good hotel, lots of business meetings on site, or so it seems.
Rude!! Poor Service!

Reception staff were quiet rude and the cleaning team clearly failed at thier job despite putting a "service room" card on the door!
how this place got four stars is beyond me! and the reception team definitely need more training on how to speak to customers.
Great hotel for business travelers
Oron Gon 01/02/2016 20:36Came to nuremberg for the messe, all was fully booked so had to stay at Erlangen and hotel like apart was excellent choice. Better with a car. Clean hotel, great stuff and nice restaurant in the hotel.
A very basic experience
Christian Uon 15/10/2015 08:19Like Apart is an alright hotel if you just need a place to sleep. The people there are nice and service-minded. But the experience was still just around average. The location is rather dull. Next to the highway and nothing nearby to explore. The rooms are alright but the furnishing seems cheap. And the hallway had a faint smell of cigarette smoke to it. This might not be the hotels fault. But still it was a disappointing experience to me.
