Gorgeous place with amazing atmosphere

This hotel has exceptional views and the most comfortable and spacious rooms.
The staff is friendly and helpful and made my stay amazing.
The breakfast has great choice and is of very good quality.
The same goes for the dinner at the Sansibar Restaurant. A must is to try the wines with the dinner. My absolute favorite is the Avalon wine with the Bell Tower as a close second.
Both breakfast and dinner can be enjoyed while looking over the Stellenbosch valley.
I had a true five-star experience and will definitely be back.

The Asara Wine Estate & Hotel is wonderful, full of gorgeous views and amazing staff. For me and my wife the greatest moment was drinking a good wine at the restaurant seeing the sunset and after that the full moon appears behind the mountains.. It was a unforgettable image. Very easy to go to others wineries and eat in great restaurants.

The deli still has the best brownies and fudge around, delicious mini deserts and other sweet goodies, nice setting in the vineyards of Stellenbosch and green surroundings with picturesque mountains in the background,

Great views, tranquil surroundings and a special wine experience. Rooms are luxurious with good linen and we had an amazing nights rest. Neat and clean and spacious. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great food with tasty breakfast. Destination to relax and enjoy.

What a great experience using Asara as our base while travelling the Winelands. The room and staff were exceptional and the food was delicious. The Gin menu is not to be missed and put in the great wines it is perfect. Well situated as you come into Stellenbosch its perfect to go anywhere you need to go. Enjoy.
