Awsome stay
Cheung Aon 31/03/2017 16:54We stayed at a very big room with a private outside hot spring with snow and forest view , the room is awsome which I highly recommanded . Breakfast is nice with lot of choices, the dinner included is fair. But the hotel is far away from Otaru station and the shuttle bus from or to hotel is very limited. However, the winter snow view around the hotel is gorgeous as its located at the snow mountain. Staff are nice . There is a chinese female staff greet us when we check in , who is friendly and helpful.
I had a wonderful stay there for one night , i will definitely go there again
Great remote hotel for skiers and snowboarders
thinkblue8on 31/01/2017 14:01Highlight of this hotel might be its spa and hot springs that is outside and is amazing during the winter with snow. An experience I had and will never forget. Service was great and breakfast was a buffet of many varieties. Also, right across, about a 15mins walk is Asari Ski Resort. It was very convenient since I booked the hotel to board. It's a little out of the city and needs the bus to get to right after the JR train. Buses are sometimes every 30mins too so be prepared to plan the timing of things if it's a tight schedule
Competitive price with good service & hot spring facilities
Siu Son 17/01/2017 01:24Pros: Reasonable Price, nice scenery just next by hill, good service, good hot spring facilities, breakfast buffet is excellent.
Cons: far away from city centre, not recommend to stay without car; clean condition of toilet is just fair, but u can shower at hot spring instead of in the room.
Overall: recommend ! 👍🏻👍🏻
Good location and amenities
Amanda Con 09/01/2017 04:26We came from Sapporo with a direct bus which stops right outside the hotel and it is conveniently located to Asari ski resort (1 min drive)
Free shuttle bus to the ski resort in the day at selected timings (see photo) - can check with the lobby staff at the counter. If you miss the bus timing you can ask them for a Taxi voucher and the staff will call a taxi to pick you from the hotel. This is not publicized but if you ask, they will offer. Very good service!
This hotel provides travel adaptor (subjected to availability)! Counter staff speaks good English (selected few,not all).
Love the hot springs at this hotel as it has an outdoor area to look at the nice snowy mountain view, great for relaxation!
Highly recommend this place for skiing and to stay the night to recharge!
Nice, quiet, clean, can be inexpensive
Patrick Non 13/02/2016 00:49Stayed there during Chinese golden week due to everywhere being sold out in hokkaido. Had car, parking was free. 730 yen toll to get into district for highway, but have to pay that either way I think.. That's about the only downside.. Onsen in hotel was nice with indoor and outdoor. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Price was good at 13,000 yen. Beds are super comfortable. Ski hill across the road could be fun for night skiing. Kiroro ski hill is about 35 min drive in normal conditions.
They have a ramen restaurant open late in hotel.
Onsen was open to 1am
A bit dated decor, but not bad
