Definitely will be back to stay here! Convenient location, lovely and clean rooms. My partner and I are very particular about the cleanliness of the room and they did not disappoint us at all. We had a good rest during the stay.

Staff are pleasant, well mannered and welcoming.
The location is convenient as it is located above Raffles City Shopping complex that has a number of good shops, restaurants, a cinema and supermarket. There is also a subway station just across the road.
The rooms are well kept, quiet and comfortable.
I will stay here again next time out in Chengdu.

My stay at Ascott was awesome! The rooms are ready when we arrived and we were greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk. The staff are especially warm and friendly, and are ready to offer their help anytime. I particularly enjoyed using the facilities there! Will recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Chengdu!

Stayed in Ascotts raffles city for a short getaway in Apr with my missus who's a major hygiene freak. Never had a complaint from her cos the room was squeaky clean! Staff was ever so friendly when we required their services. And the location was spot on, very close to the shops and transportation.

Stayed there for three nights with my wife and infant during a golf trip. The location was great and convenient, with shopping malls just beside. The metro is also a short walk away, which works well for us. The service apartment came with a well-equipped kitchen and good wifi. Spacious and clean - overall a great value for money. Will stay there again.
