Seriously confused by rating

So I'm staying at this hotel right now, and if I were suppose to stay here much longer would contact my agency to change the hotel immediately. This is NO 5 star hotel, solid 3 star at best and I'm really genuinely confused why it's rated with 5 stars. Praises to the staff, they are very helpful, and the beach is really good (but that's really up to God so....), and other than that, oh my...so food is ok, though restaurant is quite small and you circle and circle with place til you hopefully find a chair to sit. Pool would be ok for a hotel with half the rooms, but for this hotel just too small. Worst part, rooms! The official website of the hotel says you get this and that in every room. Well forget about bath robes. Forget about kettle and tea set. Say thank you if you get some outdated safe and hairdryer older than any of the quests I'd say. And if you want to take a bath, well I've been in war raging country in my life time (literally), and I remember having better conditions for taking showers. Here you have poor not very clean bathroom and shower which is falling apart and warm water is literally dripping, forget about normal water pressure. Could go on and on...

There were no entertaining event you. Should speak Russian or Turkish. Or no one will understand you

No fun....no animation group....extremely dirty....no managing....terrible food....in one word terrible...i advice people not to choose this hotel...the only plus point is the view of the hotel andcthe beach which they don't keep it clean...

very beautiful beach , food normal to good , program and anymation is good , very nice foam party and it was beautiful memory , the wiew and landscape extraordinary nice , pool is good , cleanliness was good enough , the crew and staff have a good deal

The worst hotel ever, not even close to 3 stars, no other languages than Turkish and Russian. Poor meal, small pull, no service. Hotel is full of domestic and Russian tourists. Don't ever come here
People are not friendly, agrasive staff. WiFi does not work, air conditioning is so poor it can hardly cool rooms, lobby full of local people
