My family stayed in unit 502 & it was nice, well kept! Great view of the beach & the pools! It was very relaxing, almost like staying at home. Friendly area. I would stay in this unit again if in the area.

Nice property 906 not a great unit...Should be a green beachball using Elliotts scale...

First of all, you can see by other ratings , that Elliott upscales their units somewhat . We rented unit 906 which was suppose to be a yellow beachball rated unit. Updated top of the line. It was not. The king bed was worn out, the unit needed some maintenance attention. Bathroom door knob was falling off. I used my tools to put it back in place. The handle to the sliding door was very loose. The unit was clean on arrival. We quit using Elliott in the past because of dirty units. Also, the pictures weren't very updated. I like the Ashworth, but not our unit. I will look for another unit in this condo bldg.. Also, the lined package is not worth it. We will take our own from now on. Their towels and hand towels are substandard. I like the property, but be very diligent in which unit you pick. I would ask when the beds have been changed out. Also, the owner needs to leave instructions on how to work the three remotes to the living room tv. We had a very good week in North Myrtle beach. Read other reviews on here concerning Elliotts classification of rentals. Wifi was very weak...

This is the most beautiful place, I've ever stayed at. Oceanfront views, pools & beach. Clean and spacious. My only complaint would be the banging. I'm assuming they're doing maintenance on certain rooms. The weekday noise is very annoying. Within walking distance to a lot of cute shops and clubs.

We just stayed in this condo for four days and it was so filthy that I got sick from the dust and mold. The condo was filthy and outdated. There was black mold on the walls and in the vents. The place had the signs that a cleaning service had been there, but when I pulled the comforter back there was a dirty dried cleaning rag and a dirty kids sock lying on the mattress. Seriously!! Both of the king beds bowed and you could feel the springs. The furniture was filthy and the fans had an inch of dust on them. We went and told Elliot Realty about the place and our disgust and they were unconcerned. They never even offered to sent someone over to look at the place or clean it.
I have used this company before...but never again. Think twice before you use them and read the reviews on where you plan to stay....disgusted customer..

There's no place more active on the east coast like North Myrtle Beach in March, especially when a northerner braves a snow storm to drive there.
My plan was to meet friends from a couple of southern states in order to share their normal warm climate.
We booked 10 days at the Ashworth right on Ocean Ave, a perfect location to walk the beaches, find good food, and especially to located in a central hub for drives to all the available and easily accessible golf courses. The Snowbird Pass for Seniors offers all kinds of good deals, some including a free lunch.
We stayed on the ninth floor and parked right there in the parking garage so there was no worrying about parking spaces and possible theft. Our privacy was insured and we appreciated their courtesy.
We had breakfast every day right there on 2nd avenue, a homey place.
Beach walks every morning, although cool with the March sea breeze, were relaxing. Our minds were in a different place, away from the rush and crush of real life.
Traffic at that time of year was fair to middling but the access highways made things easy.
We'll be back next year! And yes, no rain for the third straight year.
