Nice grounds, horrible unit.

Pros: The grounds of the hotel were lovely. Great pool area and pretty exterior. Great location too.

Cons: The room was horrible - dark, dirty, and uncomfortable. I know each unit is different but we stayed at L14 and I don't believe the unit had been updated since it was build. The decor was a hodgepodge of items from Ikea, Target, and personal collections, including bats hanging from the ceiling. Beds were so uncomfortable. Just a really bad stay. I would stay away from L14 if at all possible.

Staff was wonderful, room was nice. Overall a great stay in a beautiful location! We loved the easy access to shuttle services, shopping, and restaurants. The hot tub was our families favorite way to end the day.

Our condo was in a prime spot. Close to everything, but far enough to have quiet, peaceful evenings. The shuttle to town was awesome. Once we parked at the Village, we didn't need to move the car. The shops, dining, free concert and amenities were 5 star. BUT.....the plumbing was an issue, however, we did not report the problem until our departure. There might have been a back up in the drain that caused a raw sewage stench every time the water was run, toilet flushed or shower ran. We bought an aromatherapy candle to mask the smell but it wasn't doing the trick. The shower head was in need of repair and did not flow properly wasting vast amounts of water. The water heater was pretty small for the shower head style causing the second person to shower to be in jeopardy of a cold shower. The biggest issue, however, was the bed. My boyfriend is 6.3 ft and the bed was pushed up the wall on one side and walled at the foot of the bed as well. Bill could not fit in the bed unless he was diagonal causing little space for me. I eventually moved to the couch one night just to make sleeping easier.

Great accomodations and location

Nice accommodations, very clean. Check-in went quite smoothly, friendly staff. The two hot tubs were wonderful, the pool was closed for maintenance for the weekend. Couldn't get the AC to seemingly work, but opening the bedroom window did the trick. Parking was close and easy. Was charged twice for the room, but this mix-up was resolved without too much of a headache. The location was wonderful, just a short walking distance to shops and the slopes. Overall, would highly recommend.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We booked a reservation for our stay with AirBNB. After we booked it we received a call from Destination Snowmass that the condo we booked was no longer available. We were moved to a condo that was "comparable" to the one we booked. We arrived at this condo to find it dirty, not as many beds as the condo we originally booked (meaning we didn't have enough beds for people to sleep on) and next to the pool which was very noisy. I called the staff and sent two emails. Never received a resolution to our issues and no one ever came by to see how they could help. We were told fans were going to be delivered (since we couldn't open the windows due to the pool guest noise) Not once during our stay did I physically ever see staff. No one was ever in the office. The internet was also terrible.
