Very nice experience
AgusSetiawanon 16/06/2017 10:46Very good services from the staff. Complete facilities : swimming pool, gym, free shuttle from and to airport. Not too much options for breakfast, but that's not a problem. Large room compared to other hotels available in tanjung pinang.
Too far from old town
George_Lokeron 18/05/2017 06:08Place is new but too far from old town where the actions are. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Can consider for business and family. Pricing is reasonable. There is some food stalls located opposite the hotel for dinner and supper but nothing fantastic. Internet is good.

Check in was running smoothly, thanks to Indah who assist us check in process and escort us to the room and all staff are friendly , also the man who helped us for check out too! Thanks! (sorry cannot remember all the name)
I dont regret spending my days off in Aston, i will definitely come back :)
Suggestion: for the Double decker sandwich i hope there will be improvement to it, i mean, with the price stated, it could more than just slice ham,veggies, and cheese. by the way i like the Mushroom Cappucino Soup. (^v^)
Awesome and Excellent Service
Irene Aon 07/05/2017 11:15We went last April 29, 2017 to Aston with my friends for a short vacation since its long holiday and it was an amazing experience for me as an individual. Actually it is my first time to visit Indonesia. And it was really great! The hotel was very nice, neat and the staff was very accomodating. Except one thing, we ate dinner in the hotel when we arrived and it took very long for the food to serve. Hope u can do something about this. Even for requesting a catsup and chili tooks 15 to 20 mins. to come. I dont want on my next visit will happen again.The food is not so good as i expected.
Nevertheless, I would like to compliment Mr. Khairul for being so patience and a good listener for all my request and concerns. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to all services that Aston has. He impressed me with his compassionate and caring style. He is always placing customer's interests first. He is unique in his own manners, very civilized and ethical attitude. I sincerely appreciate and am extremely grateful for the service that he has given and the rest of the staff. Very charismatic character and friendly disposition towards us. He dont mind give extra miles service. His service does with dedication and care. Im writing to commend the wonderful attitude of Khairul he deserve to give compliment and being acknowledge. The service was truly outstanding!!! Keep up the good work!!

Front Office/receiptionist the worse service ever!
SashaSiraiton 03/05/2017 06:29We arrived hotel about 2pm, but the room is not ready yet. We have book in advanced, until around 3 still rooms are weren't ready yet. We decided to wrnt out, killing time. We came back to hotel around 7.30pm and still hv to wait for the room. Me and 2 other friends have our room different floor each, and the FO staff just told us to walk to our room without excorting. The room location, room number arrangement, and the aisles were sooooo confusing. The worse part was we akk hv to came back to FO since none of our cards worked, it was took me ages to wait till I finally can get into my room. It was after 8pm! The next day, happened again the door cant be opened. Soooooooo bad in service and are not professional. The hotel management need to pay attention on this matter since its happened to soooo many other guests. Othereise, the room were clean, nice and quite, which is good.
