The worst 4 stars ever!

There is not a temporary place to leave the car and leave luggages. There is a hotel partner parking but before, you have to do the check in..so leave somewhere the car, walking to the hotel, do the check in, pay (because for their policy you have to pay at the beginning!!) and then you will able to park your car and take luggages!

No all the staff speak English!

They forgot to replace shower gel, champoo for three days in my room...so I've had to come back to the reception and ask! So annoying!

When you do the check out...you have to bring with you the key for the parking..and then, of course, you have to come back to give back then the key! (Are they not able to open the garage from there?!?!?- is there no one at the garage?!?!?)

So for sure is not a 4 stars hotel!!!

My partner and I stayed in this hotel unexpectedly and were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy (especially the memory foam pillows!) the bathroom was big with a shower and a bath. Never really got to the pool but the location was great and breakfast amazing. I do think the blond lady at reception should try to smile a bit (It's nice to get somewhere and feel genuinely welcomed)! But other then that the greeting was fine and all the other staff were nice.

we just cam back from our short trip in spain,the hotel wasn't the best one, first impression when we arrived the old blond woman met us ,she wasn't polite and it was smelling alcohol from her she didn't stand up and didn't even greet us when we arrived,the same was with other receptionist,they didn't really care when we asked to confirm our transfer also they didn't speak english some of them even not spanish (as my boyfriend spoke fluenlty spanish and me english) the room was nice,unfortunatelly when we arrived our room wasn't perfectly clean the floor was dirty and bathroom had some smell. we had jacuzzi in our room which was very nice and romantic.bar staff and housekeeping was very friendly also restaurant staff,the food wasn't bad but bread was really old you couldn't eat it and the fruits wasn't fresh. in summary i think the hotel should improve reception staff.... as its the first person you meet when you arrive....

Good points - roof top terrace with small heated pool and hot tubs

Nice size rooms with easy access

Great location as very central to night life, restaurants and beach.

Bad points - staff knew little English, so if you don't know Spanish get learning.

Dodgy food times

Food was terrible, Luke warm and choice was very very poor. Breakfast is also poor choice and really really bad. If you like chips, cold beans and burnt egg then this is the place for you. Cooked breakfast consisted of a choice of 3 hot things.

Hot tubs were not hot they were warm. The pool in the sister hotel was warmer.

Not a water machine in sight, so if you have been drinking and have a mouth like the bottom of Bird cage then you are stuck till things start to open again, so get water.

Maids let themselves in your room at all
Times and there is no signs or nothing to stop them invading your privacy. I slept naked and was walked in on which was rather embarrassing. I asked her to leave but she said go back to sleep and carried on....

Overall it was average and nothing to write home about

hotel exceptionally clean in all areas. Nothing was a problem for the staff. Pleasnt staff except fo one of the kitchen chefs, he never smiled once just guffed at you. Food was okay nothing special. kids would struggle for something to eat. Chocolate fountain was a good idea except almost all of the adults never used the spoons o tongs to collect the sweet products. hands in everything even when just passing by,, disgusting.great position for everything. pity about the weatherr
