Great location with pool and ocean front, very close ( 4 block away) from city center, where a Hop on, Hop off bus ia available, a lots of
restaurants and musseums in the old city also in Bocagrande which is the modern city.

We had a wonderful experience at this place, if you're looking for peace and quite then this is the place you want to be at. Great attention to the guests. Beach front and away from street vendors from breathing down your neck trying to sell you something compare to other places where we stayed. Walking distance to the city with great views as you walk to the city. Will stay here every time I come visit Cartagena. WE LOVED STAYING AT THIS PLACE. The mattresses were a little to hard for us but we recommended to change them for softer ones to management.

I found this hotel thru my bank cc rewards. It was a nice surprise. After reading comments on booking.com. The hotel is small. 3 levels no elevator. But staff brought bags to room. Room was quiet and large. Breakfast comes with coffee/tea/juice. You must ask. You can order eggs how you like. Ask for refills- they won't bring automatically. The staff was so friendly and helpful. No English speakers that we ran into. This hotel is only 10 minute walk to walled city. Bus out front pretty much takes you anywhere. I would stay here again.

Poor 'hotel'

We came here after being conned by another terrible hotel - the nearby Ines Maria, which recommended this hotel. The bed was terrible, the safe in the room didn't work so they brought another safe which wasn't connected to the wall, the wifi worked only part of the time, the hot water worked only part of the time and when we came back to the hotel at night - we had to wait 5 minutes until someone bothered to open the gate.

Don't come here.

Puedo reiterar que tienen un excelente servicio al cliente, ubicacion unica.

A wonderful experience with more than a place to sleep, they have a great pool, the breakfast is very traditional and that was outstanding! Mr Nelson, one of the managers and owners had the time to guide us to the best places and tours in the city!!!
I would definitely come back and stay again!
