Not coming back.
Ian Gon 05/06/2017 01:58Bed, hard and uncomfortable, left both my wife and I in pain, she got up at 3am. SpaBath, not hot, jets made water cold in 4mins. Cigarette butts in a full ash tray, yuk. Only supplied 2half rolls of 2ply toilet paper. Did i have to pay $600 to get 3 ply? Want a refund
Warm and clean
Lynda Bon 28/05/2017 04:18We stayed here for the rugby. Quite, clean, warm and friendly. Very comfortable bed great shower and spa bath. Large rooms. Very warm units. Parking off street. Very close to everything that we wanted.

kathryngmileson 03/05/2017 05:33These motels are very good, very clean and modern, I will definitely stay here again. It is close to the city centre and although they are on a main road they are protected by the fencing so there is very little traffic noise.

RATZnzon 21/12/2016 03:28This has always been our favourite place in Dunedin to stay but things weren't as good as they usually are. On the surface things looked the same but there was a lot of black mould in the shower and the paint was peeling off the ceiling. We weren't told that reception didn't open until 8.30am so we couldn't check out early and get on the road - previously they have been open at 7am so we didn't expect things to be different. Fortunately we had our booking sheet with us because when we went to check out the lady tried to charge us $205.00 - our booking sheet said $165.00 and all her paper work on the desk said $165.00per night so I'm not sure what she was trying to do. Maybe it's not the place for us in the future.
I was a little surprised that on a graduation weekend they had vacancies usually they are full. That's why I wonder if it is under new management.
Comfortable, well located motel
martinw12016on 05/12/2016 14:18Great location within easy walking distance of cafes, supermarket and restaurants, as well as the university campus. Also relatively easy to walk to the Botanical Gardens and city centre. Room was a good size, comfortable and easy to use, with a very spacious bathroom. All kept very clean. Staff were all polite and helpful.
