Nice view, close walk to town, nice pool..
Terrible bed, old blankets, only 2 towels in room, no block out curtains in living and bedroom, terrible spa, wifi not even worth trying...rooms could do with revamp

Filthy and uncomfortable

I don't usually give negative reviews, and this is a first. The unit (7) was filthy. The dishes had to be washed before we could use them, the mattresses on the bed and sofa bed had big ugly stains, and were uncomfortable/lumpy. The owners need to get in there and update. The unit smells awful when it's been closed up for the day. 5 nights we stayed, and not once did the staff offer to change our towels or linen, nor replenish the minimal supplies of coffee, sugar etc. Spa resort? The communal spa was empty!

On a plus, the girl that checked us in was friendly. 10 minute walk to town/beach, though there's a slight hill, and there's a bus stop straight across the road.

Extreme satisfaction

One of the best Apartment hotels I have stayed in, not only does it have magnificent views surrounding it , it offers everything you need for a self catering stay. From a well equipped kitchen, full fridge greezer, microwave, dishwasher, 2 dining tables one in and one on the patio. Comfortable leather lounge,washer dryer , iron . Its all there.
Just loved the full size spa on the balcony, so you can relax and take it the view. There is a great size pool, parking and you are only a shortvwalk to town centre, and supermarket and bottle shop.
The staff are very welcoming, helpful and in my case compassionate as they heard my mother had passed away and my stay here was for a grieving period. So thankyou.

Perfectly good place to stay

Stayed here for two nights. Connor at the front desk was very helpful especially with helping with bookings for boat trips and shuttles. I was early into town and since my room was ready they let me check in 3 hours early which I really appreciated. The room was nice and clean and comfy. Views out to the Harbour were really nice. Was a bargain at $100 a night, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Good location, 10 min walk from town -
Bed is nothing to write home about, pillows are basic and uncomfortably soft. No room cleaning - would have expected at least one clean at a beach side location where sand comes in every day, a sheet change would be lovely - we stayed for a week.
My main concern is the word Spa - there is a spa, it wasn't working. In winter - probably the main time of year when a spa is useful.
Room is a good size.
Limited cooking utensils.
Have to remove your own rubbish and also get charged up to $50 if you leave dishes.

It fits as a budget option.

View is nice.
