Tom31984on 04/07/2017 17:56Well located a short walk from the Grand Canal and one of the main thoroughfares, At Home A Palazzo provides a great alternative to many of Venice's more traditional hotels. Situated on the top floor of a restored 14th century palazzo with far reaching views across the city it has a homely feel with only two guest rooms, yet with a size and layout which means that you never feel under the feet of the owners, a lovely Italian couple who looked after us brilliantly. The breakfasts were great with the home made yoghurt a highlight and the rooms were clean and well appointed, whilst retaining a homely style and feel. It is easy to get to from the airport with an alilaguna stop just a short walk away and is close enough to the major sites to be very walkable without suffering from the large crowds of tourists that can slightly blight some of the areas closer to major landmarks. We would highly recommend staying and would definitely stay again!

goldenB72on 24/05/2017 17:48We spend 2 beautiful nights at Home and we felt really at home.I never stayed in B&B before but we needed place for 3 at reasonable price . I am happy I booked beautiful Home at Palazzo. Its very clean,very quiet location. Everything you need just steps away . Its on 3rd floor so make sure you can carry your luggage without elevator . If I ever back to Venice I will go to Rosa for sure.

AbiHutchon 26/12/2016 21:10I stayed at Rosa and Paulo's home in Mat 2016 and had a wonderful experience. It was clean and had everything we needed. Both owners were very inviting and friendly. We were able to keep more to ourselves and come and go as we pleased. When guests leave personal items behind, they are stored in the bedrooms so when I forgot my blow dryer, I had no trouble finding one! Our bedroom had beautiful windows we were able to open up and a large bathroom. The location is nice as it is away from the hustle, but it is close when you want to find something to do. It is close to the sea which is nice when you want to relax. This location also leaves the opportunity to do more wandering and adventuring. I would stay here again and again. I was very impressed during my stay and have only positives to say about it!

Not long returned from a lovely three night stay with Rosa and Paulo. The property is in a very good location just off the main thoroughfare between the Rialto and the Railway station , it is a family home on the third floor of the Palazzo so you must be capable of climbing the stairs but once there it is a lovely comfortable base to then set out from and return to for a quiet night after a long day of seeing all of the treasures that Venice has to offer ,for a reasonable cost long weekend I highly recommend staying here and at some stage hope to pop over again.

4jerivon 26/10/2016 20:24Rosa and Paulo do everything they can to make this place a lovely relaxing place to stay. It's a little off the beaten path which is a wonderful thing actually. You get a large room and bath with an excellent breakfast. Rosa makes great coffee and homemade yogurt.
You have to be able to hike up stairs but it is worth it.
