Wonderful week away
mirandashaw1on 09/08/2017 00:43We had a lovely week away staying At waterfront Whitsundays in Airlie Beach.
We were up in Airlie for a family holiday we booked 3 spa rooms direct with Kate.
The rooms are very comfortable and the bed was amazing.
The Pool and BBQ area was lovely very quiet, you could always secure a lounge by the pool, we felt like it was our own little resort.
From the moment we booked to the time we regretfully had to leave we had nothing but friendly service from Kate in reception to the many phone calls beforehand and many questions during nothing was ever too much trouble. Kate would always give you an honest opinion on where to go. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back thank you so much
Amazing apartment hotel!
Maxderodeon 01/08/2017 07:33Service was professional and enjoyable. Although the 1st floor has a lack of privacy, the manager took the issue and gives us a more private apartment on the 2nd floor. And they manage very well the arrival of an additional guest.
Thanks for all hope to came back soon.
Lovely stay
Lindsay Son 09/07/2017 11:21My husband and I stayed in one room and another couple friend of ours stayed in the room next door. We had an awesome king bed that was really comfortable. The ceiling fan and air con made sure the room was a comfortable temperature the whole time. The kitchen facilities were great and the bathroom was a big enough size for everything- didn't feel squashed. I was very impressed with the size of the TV as well- austar included. Our rooms walked right out onto the pool area which was well maintained. The pool was a little cold because we were there in July, but we still had a swim. Our balcony area had a hot tub which we used two days in a row and it was lovely! Great view in general and the staff at reception were so lovely and helpful. We used the BBQ area outdoors one night and it worked fine. Would absolutely stay here again, felt like a bargain for what we paid and what we got! Our room was serviced each day when we went out and this was lovely.

on 22/06/2017 12:34I have stayed here a number of times now as I am local and cannot fault it. Great service for the affordable price you pay, and at a last minute deal. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel and highly recommend to others.

The spa bath on the balcony was great, I sat out there both nights with a glass of wine (even if it was raining)
The lady in reception/cleaning/trip booking (sorry can't remember name) was brill, gave us such good support & advice while we were getting annoyed at the rain following us up the country lol
The pool & BBQ area looked nice, although we didn't use it on this visit.
No doubt, if we go back to Airlie, this is where we will stay. Thank you x
