Good location
Marija Con 26/05/2017 21:34We liked the location, about 15-20 min walk from city centre, with the free parking nearby. The room was big, cozy and comfortable. Wifi was good. Especially we liked the lady, who let us in, she was very welcoming and called the owner. The breakfast was ok, with good coffee. We didn’t like, that they moved our things in the room while we were in the city.
Nice property, very clean
George_GD_on 26/05/2017 12:53Nice property, very clean, near to the train station (about 10 minutes walk) and not too far from the city centre (20 minutes). The owner sat with us for almost half an hour during our check in and gave us excellent tips and inside info about the city. Need to bring your own shampoo, but apart from that this B&B is a great option.
Visiting Florence
Gregory Lon 13/04/2017 09:51The Atelier Cosseria Hotel host and staff did treated us rudely at the beginning. They left us waiting outside for 15 minutes, and our room was not ready upon arrival...this area of Florence is very noisy...a lot of construction, and trains going by. Make sure you bring your own toiletries to take a bath and clean after yourself. This B&B is about 20 to 25 minute walk to the train station.
Sorry guys, but this B&B is not serious about making your stay here in Florence enjoyable and welcoming. Be careful with your expectations, you will not like it. The host was preoccupied, rude, condescending & in the hurry....In the morning for breakfast the kitchen host was anxious to serve us, and tried to get us out of the kitchen as fast as possible by bagging pots and pans while cleaning the plates, silverware, and putting the extra food away.

Tatyana Pon 15/10/2016 20:14Friendly host, good location nearby S. M. Novella railway station (proximity to the centre - 15 min of walking), clean and big room. It was very cold in the room, the host promised us a bottle of wine, but, obviously forgot :)
Clean apartment and pleasant stay
der-cainon 18/09/2016 09:29The Atelier is located near to the old town of firenze reachable by a 10 minute walk. The rooms are clean and nice and the host was very friendly. The breakfast was rather simple, but OK. We would come again!
