We wanted to bring nice fresh orange juices as what they serve is undrinkable from dispenser but they did not let us even go to the restaurant !

Room quite small for 3 persons but acceptable,services good,clean,breakfast is really good we enjoyed it a lot ), employés are all friendly and approchable, near at thé beach, 5 mins from thé bus station. 100 percent I recommend this hotel:)

WiFi was free of charge and in entire hotel.
The only comment is that, WiFi signal strength was low in rooms.

Blazeilievon 07/07/2011 17:29We were 10 days in Lloret de Mar in an other hotel but went 3 times to this restaurant and were amazed every time.
After ordering we got a different free appetizer every time.
The prices are very reasonable and the desserts are a MUST.
I am absolutely stunned - this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
pickles5on 26/09/2009 11:40We travel a lot as a family. I booked this hotel as a one night stay on the beach with my three children 10,12 & 14 years. I late-booked on the internet and decided on this hotel because it offered a famly room, had secure parking and satellite TV. The room cost 104 euros which I regarded as slightly high for the late season - but it offered a sea view and it was a late booking. We discovered that there was no parking - we had to park in a public carpark opposite the hotel at a cost of 25 euro per day. The lady at the desk demanded to see the childrens passports which we didnt have - and so rudely read the rules of Spain re; documents and said we were threated with a 300 euro fine per person. We were eventually given our keys. The room was very compact. No frills - ie hair-dryer, etc.. tiny thin towels that appeared 10 years old. The literature stated the TV was "free to view" however you needed to pay a 30 euro deposit for the remote control! You needed to pay an extra deposit to have the key to the fridge! NO BAGS allowed in the breakfast room (which was 100 yards down the road) Big posters everywhere saying people were not allowed to take food from the restaurant. As if people would WANT to...the food was absolute disaster - my daughter settled for a plate of cold baked beans and pineapple chunks - delicious! I really feel for people who have booked this as a package for a long stay. The standards and service were reallly appalling. I hope the management read this review as it is a totally honest one - treat your customers as guests and train your staff in customer service. A simple antidote to the train wreck you have as a hotel currently.
