Perfect for visiting the ballpark!

Walking distance to the ballpark, check.
Shuttle available to drive you places within a 3 mile distance of the hotel, check. Will shuttle drive you to the ballpark if need be? No! Boo! Especially in the humid/ rainy month of early August. Walking back to the hotel is easy. It just takes a little more effort walking the incline leading to the ballpark, so be ready for it.
Shuttle drivers were excellent!!! Knowledgeable of the area and ready to make recommendations.
Hotel beds and pillows were super comfy and ac worked beautifully!
Kudos to the front desk staff for all the smiles and friendly service. I had a package delivered to the hotel and they were able to retrieve it for me quickly and check in to the hotel was super simple. Only downer on our departure date was room service was so slow, that we didn't actually get to eat our food. 😔our Uber driver was on time, so we were out the door a few minutes after it arrived. Overall, very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great Front Desk Staff

Alaiza and Cristina were wonderful!! I had to check in early and they went above and beyond to get me into a great room. I would recommended anyone to stay at this hotel, especially with the new ballpark across the street.

Good hotel, GREAT location for Braves game

I would rate the hotel itself ok. The front desk ladies were extremely nice. However upon check in I go to park and couldn't get in because the key card didn't work. So I have to back up, park near the front, go back in and the lady says they forgot to activate the parking. So she said I'm good to go so I go back out and the key card doesn't work again so repeat the backing up and parking. I come back in and they change the card out and this time it works. The day of our checkout I went to get ice but I held the button down for a good 30 seconds.... 1 cube of ice came out. I'm sure I could have gone to another floor and gotten ice but I already had some ice in my cooler I was just looking to top it off so no big deal. Those are really the only negative things I have to say about the hotel so nothing really bad at all.

Rooms were extremely clean. We had a king bed with a chair in the corner. Not a huge room but decent size for 2 people. Elevators seemed to be pretty fast (except for morning of checkout but that's to be expected). Wifi worked good. Best part is that it's an easy walk to Suntrust Park. Maybe 10 mins tops. Alot of traffic walking to and from there so felt really safe. If I come back in town for a Braves game I will definitely stay here again.

Second time staying here, and still just an okay experience

My son and I stayed at this hotel for one night this past weekend. This was our second time staying at this Marriott location. I was really happy to see they got their fire alarm system failure taken care of since our last visit. The hotel was very busy this weekend, we had to wait in line each time we visited the lobby check-in desks. Check in was smooth. I don't usually like to have hotels charge their incidental $50-100 charge to my credit cards,so as we never need it for anything. They thankfully complied with my request to forgo the incidental charge on my credit card. This hotel now charges to park in their parking lot right outside their front door. They charge $12 for self park now, when we were there back in February 2017, they did NOT charge for parking. I think they changed that to capitalize on the new Braves stadium near by.

We were able to get a room in the tower, which is the newer part, on the 11th floor. We got a double bed room, which are on the smaller side. There is room for 2 beds and one small chair and that's pretty much it. They have a nice desk & dresser area. They offer fridges in the room, which is nice. The beds are just ok, nothing great but at least not rock hard. The sheets on my bed had a hole in them. These rooms are good for a night or two stay, but nothing long term, too cramped.

We spent a good amount of time at the pool. I will say that their pool area is the best amenity they have. It's a large pool, which is half indoor and half outdoor. The water was very clean and crisp, and not crowded. They also have a hot tub that is indoors. They provide towels for people to use also.

This hotel was very crowded, and didn't have availability for a late checkout. This hotel is just an okay place to stay.

Great for Braves Games

Stayed here for a couple of games. A 15 minute walk to the stadium. Checkin was quick and easy. Gave us a room facing the stadium. Room, although not big, was clean, neat, and adequate for the two of us. Plenty of charging stations for devices. If you are going to a game, this would be a great location.
