Comfortable stay in charming Old Town
OmarKhayyamon 31/08/2017 06:48This hotel is so accessible to the charming Old Town district. Once ensconced in your room, there is comfortable walking to many excellent restaurants and sights, including the famous statue of the Bremen Town Musicians. A farmer's market was set up the morning of our departure, also within easy walking distance. The hotel was modern with a friendly helpful staff, and the room was a pleasure. Very nice bath, up to American standards. Don't think there was air conditioning, but windows and fan were adequate. Parking is available, but the garage entrance is a bit of a challenge to find and access.
Very smart hotel with great service!
Lena Ton 28/08/2017 18:55I was very impressed with the location of this hotel as it's a stone throw from the Marktplatz and the famous Town musicians statue. Perfect for a weekend break even though it caters for business too. There were 2 functions over the weekend I stayed but the staff were still available to serve in the 'Alto' restaurant. I had lovely Vietnamese Spring rolls and Pad Thai. I chose the classic room which was very comfortable with a great modern shower and bathroom. Very comfortably and highly recommended!
Worthy stay
JZ-vbSoon 19/08/2017 11:46Room is very trendy design, love it. Though it's warm and airco isn't cold enough. Very efficient reception service. Location is so perfect for tourists just down the corner without 5 mins walk will be the center. Especially love the restaurant Alto , ordered the Chateaubriand with my husband. So delicious!!! Plus the wine and starters for little bit over €100 I definitely think it's worth! Definitely come back again.

R Son 16/08/2017 21:18Very recently renovated hotel right in the heart of Bremen. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and attentive. Close to everything.
Great location for (re)discovering Bremen
Romasupebron 09/08/2017 11:53Used to live in Bremen a couple of decennia ago and wanted to visit again. We couldn't have picked a better hotel! Apart from the building noise next door (which will soon be completed I hope) my husband and I found ourselves very close to everything we wanted to re-visit.
Be aware that Bremen has a LOT of bells and clocks, but they add to the quaintness of the place.
Modern hotel, very friendly staff, great internet, and the one night we dined at the hotel restaurant we found ourselves pleasantly surprised (I went for the 'Vietnamese box' for dinner: turned out the chef had lived in Asia for a while and it showed).
Room (326) and bathroom were quite large and comfy.
King size bed was very comfy but I don't know why the whole of Germany (not just this hotel) insists on sleeping under a duvet?! Especially during the summer months they should give the option of just a sheet; we couldn't lower the aircon and the room got very hot.
Breakfast was - to European standards at least - very nice though a bit overpriced at €20,00 per person.
But I must add that on the 3rd day I received a nice little attention in the form of delicious macaron cookies for my birthday.
We would definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Bremen. If you book early you'll get good value for money for the room, provided you don't have breakfast at the hotel every morning.
