Very Nice
Hanchoon 10/08/2017 14:23I sometimes wonder about Americans and staff in foreign countries-I totally disagree with those ratings that criticize the staff at this hotel. Our service was attentive, polite and friendly. We lived in Bremerhaven in the 1980s and wanted to return and visit our old house and other places. The front desk bent over backwards to help us remember addresses and locations.
Our room was clean and well appointed. Yes, it was small compared to Motel 6 but European hotels usually have smaller rooms.
I was not happy with the pillows but I didn't read the small note that offered me a variety of options-I made the error not the hotel.
Breakfast is great-nice variety. This is a well managed hotel with a friendly, attentive staff and we totally enjoyed our stay.
Rude and unprofessional staff
Mandy Gon 22/06/2017 12:47Staff is rude and unprofessional. The receptionist made me wait to check in while she finished her personal conversation with a colleague. She rolled her eyes at me when I came back to the front desk after the key she made for me didn't open our room. When my husband asked for a 2nd key she asked why we needed two keys. Housekeeping came while we were in our room and I asked if they could come back later, she said either now or not at all. Great view of the city but the staff will ruin your experience here.
Impressive Hotel with good Service
Paul Non 06/05/2017 20:52We just had 1 night here before a cruise but its an impressive hotel. A bit like Dubai meets the North Sea. Apart from the shape and height the rooms are good as is the service. The location is amazing with fantastic views. The restaurant for dinner was a little slow but the food was good as were the drinks. Worth a visit.
Nice Hotel with a view
Erik_de_Manon 10/04/2017 17:47Nice hotel with a view. The rooms are ok, not special; however, the view is. The upgrade for a "Weser" view is worth every euro. Also recommendable is the visit to the rooftop platform (3 euro). Breakfast is very good, restaurant is a bit so-so :)
Nice hotel
RkySnowon 29/03/2017 22:10Very nice staff, helpful. Room was comfortable with enough storage. Bathroom large with a great shower. They were doing some painting on our floor and the smell of paint was quite strong once you stepped off the elevator and in to the hall. There was NO odor in our room, however. I believe the hotel in general could use a little updating but would stay here again - nice staff, comfortable room, nice restaurant, and perfect location.
