Great value for money
Rob Lon 09/02/2016 15:30For the price paid this was a great hotel. If you expect a 5* hotel you'll be disappointed but it had everything i needed. small private beach, a little stoney but not a problem. clean and tidy, very friendly staff (they especially liked us because we weren't rude Russians). Easy to get to other sights such as caves, waterdalls and the ancient city of Side via car or bus.
Wonderful staff, adequate facilities
Alena Von 18/08/2015 18:45By far the best thing about this hotel was its staff. We got to know a few of the waiters and bartenders. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the bartenders remembered our order by the third day of our twelve day stay. There is
Our room was great, clean and cleaned by a maid every day. The selection of food was surprisingly good - when a vegetarian and a person on a gluten free diet go on vacation, it's never easy. We were all still able to get a good selection of food.
The only downside is that it's a little crowded at the beach and at the pool. I'd recommend it for families with kids and older people.
Not an advertisement but a very sincere review
Mariam_Danon 09/08/2015 12:27Comparing to the hotels of the previous years, we were completely satisfied with Atlas Beach. The location is beachfront, the staff is very polite, friendly and responsive. The cuisine at the restaurant is perfect: there was plenty of diverse tasty dishes every day. The hamam at the hotel is also very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Among the probable “surprises” should be mentioned the stones near the seashore (better to go into the water from the right side of the central beach path), sometimes dirty sea (on the days with the southern wind), and wifi – only on the ground floor and in the rooms above the reception. But on the whole the staff at the hotel do their best to provide comfortable holiday experience to all of the guests!
The excursions are cheaper at Kerim’s office, just opposite the hotel (we tested rafting, and it was very safe). A big market is near the mosque (10-15 minutes on foot), the nearest Carrefour store is a 5-10 minutes’ walk from the hotel as well.
Once again many thanks to the Atlas Beach hotel from Svetlana and Mariam (705A)!
People make the atmosphere
Luba2322on 03/08/2015 20:08People make the atmosphere - that's especially true in this hotel. We met very friendly, smiling, hard-working and helpful staff there; however not all of them can speak English, but still they tried to help us as much as possible. Our room was tiny but comfortable. Although its cleanness in the beginning was not perfect, but it went better in following days. I really liked huge variety of delicious Turkish as well as international food and super sweet cakes :) Only negative thing, that can be at the end perceived positively, is the missing internet in rooms and very poor wifi connection at the reception (when 15-20 devices were connected, its speed was unbearable). But in general I can say, we had very nice and trouble-free holiday in Turkey also thanks to this hotel and its staff.
Nice all inclusive holiday
larus11on 15/07/2015 16:21We've spent a week in this hotel with the family (4 grown ups).
The rooms were not always clean, although they were cleaned every day, but acceptable. There were some problems with the balcony doors and the air conditioner, but they were solved when we informed the receptionist about it. Disappointing was only when we arrived at 11 pm, and there was no water in the fridge in our room and the fridge was not functioning at all. "Welcome drinks" should be taken more seriously and some bottles should be there in the rooms when new guests are arriving. Otherwise they have to go down to the all-inclusive beverages every time they need some water.
Otherwise, this hotel is very good, very close to the beach where you can eat and drink all day, play beach volleyball and lay on the sunbeds in the shades. The beach is okay, the water is warm, pools are big enough and the slide ist also fun :)
The food was also good, but unfortunately if you go at the end of lunch or dinner time, the "best food" and all the desserts are gone, because they are refilled only 1-2 times and not as many times as people need.
The evening programs were the usual turkish programs, sometimes a bit boring.
