Truely woeful.
At check in they tried to charge cash when room was already paid on full online.
No phones at all.
No room service.
Worst buffet breakfast even for Philippines (thats daying something).
Filthy room with window thay didnt lock.
Would be shut down in any other country! Yes its that bad. Youve been warned.

we had our national congress at atrium hotel, our delegates were live in, the account officer assigned is Marnelli Guinoo, she was able to handle us very well. the package is very nice and affordable.

great deal for the money! great breakfast buffet. good bed big room with balcony and decent TV. Channels and signals not always great. The one problem is the internet rarely works inside room. Staff is great. Good location and great value

Great hotel

It's not sexy from the outside but when you go inside on the 15th floor which is the front desk lobby it's nice and the room is spacious big bed. Just get a room near the streets you can hear the cars and horns honking day and night. The breakfast buffet is small and has small selection but it's free and it's good you can't complain. Convenient stores are on bottom floor and restaurants like jolibee and Greenwich is bottom floor other side. The 7-11 is across the road next block walking distance. I am satisfied with the accommodation and service and the price is champion you can't beat that.

Horrible Stay. Avoid!

Jonathan Bon 14/06/2017 04:22

This hotel, in my opinion, does not even rate one star.

The entires stay was an ordeal. First, the airport taxis had no idea where it was. The yellow airport taxi charged me 600 pesos on the meter. Not their fault, but it still needs to be under consideration.

Then there is the hotel. Check in is on the 15th floor, and reception is in the open atrium, which was ungodly hot. I arrived at 8:30 PM, and I sat/stood around, sweating heavily for 25 minutes while they cleaned the room. Why this wasn't done by this time is beyond me.

Finally, i get to my room. The cleaner had left the door open, but I thought OK, no biggie. The room was shabby and smelled, but I sat down to do some emails. I wasn't given the wifi password or username, so I attempted to call. No luck. The phone service is broken. I trudged back to the elevator, waited forever, and went back to reception. Armed with the username and password (and no apology for not giving it to me), I returned to the room only to find out I could not open my door. Back to reception. I got a new key. Back to the room. Keycard doesn't work. Back again to reception, sweating heavily. I was told to return to my door and someone would come. Back up to my room, waited about five minutes before the guy came. he can't open the door. Tells me to wait, and another ten minutes and a manager comes with about a hundred metal keys. He tries each one for 20 minutes or so, never saying a word to me as I stood there. he leaves, and I ask him what's happening. He ignores me. A couple of minutes later, he comes back with an engineer. THey try some little device to now avail. Finally, the engineer takes the multitude of keys and starts trying them. On about number 15, he finally gets the door open, and I get my things. Only the bellhop apologized. The manager said nothing to me.

They transfer me to another room, where I sit outside while they get a new key card. The new room is even shabbier and noisy from the main road. It does have aircon, but no way to adjust it. There is no remote, and i don't have the stick the guy used to reach the on-off button. The wifi doesn't work. I had to get out my emails, so I ended up taking my laptop back down the hall ti sit in the heat under the wifi router so I could get a minimal signal enough to send my emails.

Breakfast in the morning was substandard, and checkout took quite a while.

After I left, I realized I had left something minor in the room. I was in Cebu, so I tried to email them, but they have no email address on their website. Their contact page has only phone numbers, so I had to call them.

Overall, this was a horrible, horrible experience, and I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel
