Classy place at affordable price
Ignace Don 02/11/2012 06:57This hotel can be highly recommended. The building is well located with a private parking space. Rooms are modern with all necessary features. For the business person there is only one issue, the WIFI connectivity strongly depends on what room you get. In some it is acceptable, in others the signal strength is so bad that one has to get down to the lobby to check mails. That should be resolved in order to get rid of guest frustration which could negatively influence appreciation. Breakfast is good but drops significantly in service and diversity when the owners are not present to take care of the guests.
Will return when i am in the region.
Charming, friendly and functional

The place is truly charming, easy to find, updated to modern standards, my room was very nice with a view of the whole town (and a roundabout below), internet worked well, flat screen TV had zillion channels in all languages, the bathroom was super modern even with towel heaters, shower that didn't leak and even had wash cloths and robes! Now about the restaurant: nothing fancy to look at, but great service with some English spoken, the food was super good, great choice of wines, nice size portions (especially for France) and their prices were reasonable for the quality (again, this being France). This was a business stay, but I would have loved to stay here with my family.
Good food, terrible service
Diglebondon 09/10/2011 20:59We came for lunch and ordered a prix fixe menu at €28.00. After a 30-minute wait we were served microscopic portions of "mise-en-bouche." After another interminable wait, the main courses arrived and were well-prepared, as were the desserts. The wines were shockingly overpriced, but we managed to find a half-bottle of ordinary Bordeaux for €11.00. This place serves good food--granted--but they desperately need to speed up their service!
