Lovely Hotel for the price

Booked this hotel as We were attending a wedding in the area, the was conveniently located at the exit of the motorway. The staff were very friendly, the room although small contained everything that we required and was very clean. Breakfast was not included in the room price but the rate was extremely good value.

We broke down on the motorway just outside Tarbes with a broken water pump. The motorway assistance people towed us to a garage in Tarbes and recommended we stay in this hotel. The proprietor very kindly picked us up and was extremely helpful! The hotel is very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Thank you!

rude inhospitable staff - give it a miss

We (myself and my 2 children) arrived at the hotel at 2.30pm. We had just had a car accident and we were all a little upset, my husband off dealing with the hire car company.

I asked if it was possible that we have something to east and I was told "no the restaurant closed and was told there was a restaurant 5km away - I had just told him we have had a car accident and did not have a car. The manager/receptionist was rude to say the least.

We were told to sit down as the room was not ready, then he came back with 3 stale bread rolls with ham...I thought wow, maybe he realized he was being rude...(only on check out to be charged 12 euros for the revolting rolls)

Breakfast average and small
There must be better hotels around in Tarbes 121 Euros for the room -

We stayed three nights at this hotel. We were a family of four adults and three children.The hotel rooms were clean, with modern design. Bathroom and toilet are not very big but there is enough room for average European. The children enjoyed the pool, the security gate of the pool is open until 21.00. Ask the reception to open it. Continental breakfast cost extra but it was enough to choose and we were happy with it. The car parking is in the hotel. There was no disturbance from road or air traffic inside the rooms. They were located in the inside part of the hotel, not on the motorway side.
We also eat at the restaurant and we enjoyed the food. We were satisfied of our stay

Hotel is very easy to find from the motorway. Take exit 12 and head for the N21 then after going through the peage you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit which takes you into the industrial park and the hotel is on the right. We arrived on a Sunday and had checked our arrival time between 17:00 and 18:00 which is when we got there. The restaurant and reception are in a separate building from the motel. The outside door to reception was open but the inside door was locked. Luckily there were a couple of housemaids still working and they directed us to the pool where there were about 5 or 6 people who seemed to be hotel employees! We then checked in and afterwards noticed that there was actually a screen where we could have checked in with a credit card to receive a room key. However we would not have been given a Lan Cable or a TV clicker so we were happy to have been checked in by a human! The room was clean and contemporary although a little small. There was a separate (tiny) toilet and a shower room with sink. We were told the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening then noticed a sign the next day, visible from the road, that said the restaurant was open 7 days a week! We would have liked to have gone to the pool but didn't feel comfortable since the hotel management/staff were there. We did try to go for a swim later but couldn't figure out a way to open the pool gate. Overall, this was a comfortable hotel but didn't really like the fact that the reception wasn't open all the time. It wouldn't have been such an issue if it had closed between 23:00 and 06:00 for example but to be closed in the afternoon seemed a bit weird. Just my tuppenceworth!
