Quaint and eclectic
paulpower2013on 12/08/2016 05:57Spent 7 nights here with a group of friends. Very cosy and friendly. Close to centre of Apt and the bus stop. Meals were all excellent, and staff very friendly. It is a family business. Lots of paintings, sculptures, statues in all the rooms making a very eclectic decor.
Disappointed
lolikiaon 11/08/2016 20:30I choose this hotel because it had good ratings. In my opinion, it is overrated. Firstly, there is no lift in the hotel and two of my friends who were travelling with big luggages had to carry their bags up two flights of stairs themselves. You are given a password to get into the hotel at check in. Most of the time, the hotel did not have anyone at the reception. Room was also small so if you have a big luggage choose another hotel. We came back around 9pm and wanted to eat in their restaurant but they stopped serving. They recommended a restaurant across the square called restaurant du France and it had horrible food! If I were to stay in Apt again, I would not stay in this hotel nor will I recommend it to anyone.
Luberon Visit
cleonelsonon 26/06/2016 00:39This was a great place to stay (we stayed 6 nights) with very friendly and helpful staff. When we requested the use of space in their safe we were provided with a safe and a request to chill some wine saw us provided with a fridge. All clean and neat. The room was of a good size and plenty of space to put things. The fan was sufficient to cool the room down. As a base it was excellent and easy to get out to the many villages in the Luberon.
Dinner was an exquisite meal but it is important to book. Access to shops and cafe's in Apt is easy as the hotel is so close to it all.
For a pleasant stay in Apt within easy walking distance of the center, amazing breakfast
DavidCarpitaon 18/11/2015 20:33It was off season, we booked a Friday evening so as to able to take in the market on Saturday (worth the journey). Room recently renovated and a tip for those who rely on booking.com - you are better off to go direct to the hotel website and book by phone. The offer from booking.com was the high season rate. By booking direct, we go the low season are, about 10 euros less. Parking was available behind the hotel and there is ample parking along the riverbed in front but pay attention to flood warnings. Breakfast was copious and a great value at 10,50 EUR per person.
Easy clean cheap hotel - great terrasse

Service is kind but limited, the rooms need refreshing, but are oK
Enjoy the trees' shadow on the terrasse for breakfast or dinner
