Ronzo4600on 18/07/2017 16:38A great find in Neunen, NL. Staff were friendly, helpful and there were no glitches of any kind.
I was fully briefed on late night entry, who to call if something didn't work and just about anything else I needed to know about the area.
Housekeeping was great, it's basically noise free and quiet and central to all things Van Gogh.
The restaurant is good and the service I encountered was well above average.
Rooms are equipped with a small fridge, bigger flat screen TV and are very clean.
Right across the street from a very nice park and the hotel is pet friendly.
5 minutes from Gerwen, 20 from Eindhoven and worth seeking out if you're in the area.
Brief stay in Nuenen
309drb54on 08/06/2017 10:38Nuenen is a quiet town which is very proud of its connection to Vincent van Gogh. The museum is excellent and this hotel is very conveniently situated in the centre, Free parking outside. Very helpful,friendly staff and quiet comfortable rooms. We arrived just as a three day music/arts festival held in the square in front of the hotel was ending but as our room was at the back of the hotel it didnt bother us at all.
Don't count on their help
Guido Bon 15/12/2016 07:34The hotel is nice. The problem I had is that they forgot to call the taxi I asked at 5:30 am. I exit the hotel: not taxi, the door closed, nobody around. I phone the hotel manager at the number written on the door but I told me he was sleeping and was unable to help me (unable to call a taxi?). Finally, thanks to their wifi, I found a taxi, but I missed my train to the airport.
Stylish and dog friendly hotel near the park
jaanammon 20/09/2016 11:57We stayed here for one night while visiting Nuenen and the Vincentre Van Gogh exhibition. The hotel is situated near a park and is in the centre of the little village. Statues and Vincentre are all very close to the hotel. We had our borderterrier with us and he was also welcome to the restaurant area. Very dog friendly hotel.
Only negative thing was that our room was really hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to work. We had to sleep with our window open which let some mosquitoes inside. Otherwise a very nice and clean hotel where I could stay again.
