Allison Hon 07/07/2017 23:58Carol and Dennis have totally turned this place around! It is so lovely to stay there - amazing location, great hosts, and yummy breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious - we stayed in the cottage with our kids and it was like having our own apartment. They have made some great improvements to the place and we will definitely be back next summer!

Ann Marie Aon 06/07/2017 14:28The new owners, Carol and Dennis, were exceptional hosts. Very friendly. Our room (Black and Pink) was very comfy, clean and decorated beautifully. The location is superior - right across the street from the lake. Within walking distance of restaurants. The breakfasts were exceptional - two choices which were cooked to order, along with a little sweet something (blueberry cake one morning and a corn cake the next), fresh fruit, juice, coffee. We hated to leave. Carol and Dennis made us feel like family... Would definitely come back!

The hospitality of the new owners Carol and Dennis Hodgkins was beyond fabulous!
Our room was clean, comfortable and quaint.
The breakfast each morning was delicious! The full course meals were prepared exceptionally.
This was our first trip to the Sebago region and can't wait to return to Naples later this summer to explore the area.
The Augustus Bove House is a must for anyone looking for historic charm and wonderful hospitality!

Mark Non 18/06/2017 20:45The host Carol and Dennis are very kind. We have stayed here before they are new owners and already things have improved.The video in the dining room is a fantastic idea. We had an issue with hot water tank and they were able to put us up in the ground room suite, as my wife uses a walker and cannot do stairs.The breakfast are good. We would consider returning next year.
A Charming Place and wonderful Hosts
Gary Gon 11/04/2017 13:52Stayed at this B & B recently but also several years ago! A historical building with much charm and new owners as of recently! Carol and Dennis are very nice, hospitable and we enjoyed our stay very much! It won't be our last. The breakfast we had each day was outstanding and a request to offer a selection due to my wife's dietary needs was taken care of! B & B's are not for everyone if your used to big hotel amenities (pool, exercise rooms, etc) but we enjoy the charm of these old places and the view of Long Lake from the front yard and our room is great! Its located right off the causeway in Naples and walking access to other businesses makes it perfect in the summer. Off-season, you have to drive for dinner but we found a few places within a few miles that were very good!
