Outside of the city, near the university, modern and pleasant hotel

For those of you who come to visit the university, this is a great option. But it is ca. 2-3 miles outside of the city center. Modern building, big lobby, receptionist spoke a little English, good enough. No elevator; my room was on the third floor, facing the main street. Very noisy, but the room was nice, spacious, with a fridge and a flat tv. Bathroom decent, with a shower. However, the sink hat no lever to open or close it, or at least I could not find it. Wifi at first did not work; it took ca. half an hour for the clerk to turn off and then on again their rooter. From that time on it worked well.
Bed is quite big and very pleasant.

Breakfast quite nice, big spread on the buffet. Scrambled eggs ok, and so the meat, but both could definitely be better. Yogurt drink a very nice plus. Breads are so so, fruit and juice ok. There is no other hotel nearby, and this is a good option for this particular location. Fairly big parking space outside, if you come with a car. There is a sauna, but I did not use it. Hotel comes with a restaurant, but a bit pricey. Italian restaurant near by is not bad.

The hotel is fantastic. Small and clean. The staff are very helpful, they will go extra mile to make your stay pleasant and stress free. I needed to print out a document - no problem, I wanted to eat a dinner in my room - no problem, I needed the ironing board at night as I forgot to iron my shirt earlier - no problem. ... and the food is lovely. Highly recommended.

A gorgeous room with everything you need plus chocolate. Lush towels. A double bed for one. Wifi as standard and a sauna and jacuzzi too. Who could ask for more. Trip advisor wants more detail. So, a friendly receptionist that spoke practically no English. A restaurant that is closed on Sunday. Lots of soap for washing. Gosh what more do you want Trip Advisor?

Great Stay

We recently stayed at the Aura Hotel and it was great! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! This was our first trip to Poland and it was great! The hotel is convenient to the bus stop and other sites around the city. The room was extremely clean and comfy. Great breakfast in the morning and one night we are dinner at the hotel which was really good also. I will defiantly stay there again!!!

Small, friendly & charming

Friendly, welcoming staff who were invariably charming & helpful. Pleasant,comfortable room on lower floor as requested, though stairs rather steep for elderly or disabled people and there is no lift. In attractive area near edge of city, easy access by bus to city centre and historical features. Nice dining room and terrace, good breakfast buffet (loved the smoked salmon!) and reasonable choice of evening menu, drinkable house wine. The only low point was the day our room wasn't cleaned, and the staff did everything they could to make amends, including reduced bill and free drinks.
