Wish I had longer there
TwoMen Aon 04/07/2017 02:06We were attending a wedding directly across the road from this resort, and this is where most of the guests stayed. We got a nice ground floor studio, which was more like a one bedroom actually. We had a view of the lake and found it to be very quiet, despite it being a busy weekend for the resort. The room was clean and well presented and quite comfortable. I wish we were there longer so I could have seen more of the resort and facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful and I did not experience and issues during my short stay. I thought it to be good value and would stay there again.
Unhelpful Receptionist
yvonne291on 30/06/2017 07:10Older Receptionist declined to phone unit to advise customer her son had arrived to pick her up, saying "We don't do that" with a smirk and walk away, is not what all other resorts offer. Son had to bang on outer locked door to alert customer he had arrived. I have stayed at Noosa Lakes Resort several times and my son has never had that response before. I won't stay there again.
You get what you pay for
zoedunstanon 24/06/2017 04:34Overall we had a decent stay at noosa lakes resort.
Its in a great spot with shops and takeaway places in close proximity, and the sunset over the lake is beautiful.
But there are a few things that i feel need to be mentioned.
2 satchets of dishwashing liquid (and only 3 tea bags) provided for our 7 day stay and dishes are expected to be cleaned before checking out. Which i completely understand but i expect enough supplies to last the week. The room wasnt very child friendly. The shower hadnt been properly cleaned. Reception staff were mostly warm and friendly, but i was a little taken aback when the only suggestion for what to do in the area with a toddler was the cinema.
Clean and comfortable
wardadraon 19/06/2017 04:39We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, it was very clean & comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were all very friendly. Location was good opposite the marina. Shops not too far away in Tewantin. If I could fault anything it would be the steep staircase leading to the upstairs apartment - a little difficult to negotiate with for us over 60's with a heavy suitcase. Also we did sometimes find it difficult to reverse out of our designated parking spot due to all the greenery along the edge of the driveway - we weren't able to check for other vehicles clearly. But apart from that we were very happy with our accommodation.

albany1971on 05/06/2017 21:34I arrived on site and was met by 2 lovely friendly staff. I checked in and was given directions to my room. Well more like a small box with the thinnest of walls. I had the downstairs coop and quickly found it to be quite disappointing. It was like it had been transported from 1971. The sofa smelt and the bathroom was extremely basic. The whole place was noisy from Bigfoot upstairs who obviously was deaf as well as his TV was up full blast. It is a cold feeling place with no comfortable feel at all. I will never ever stay here again and will
