The hotel is probably the best in this small city. The staff are Very warm and welcoming always ready to help always smiling. the rooms are very nice and clean i had a small suite ,it has everything you need inside, would definitely stay again )) Thank you Maria

Great place in Syktyvkar

My Fourth time in this hotel, in this case we stood longer and we felt like in home, professional and kind staff speaking correct english even Spanish, they helped us in every need that we had. Breakfast was russian style, I love "vlini" so everything ok :-), however it is far away to international breakfast style and fresh food is limited ( although better in comparison with other hotels of the region ), I missed more fresh fruit or basic toasts. ( maybe it is me but, it is a bit surprising for me and my wife having breakfast, lunch or dinner with disco loud music in a big screen with pop russian video clips ¿? ) in any case, I like the Elephant and mostly their staff :-)

Best hotel in town but it does not mean too much. Quite boring but clean. Big rooms. Internet ok. Breakfast ok. English ok. 15 min from airport. Personnel ok. Bar bad. Ok value for money overall. No complains.

Great hotel close to river

The basic rooms are good with A/C. Great restaurant and room service, affordable prices. Staff at reception speak excellent English and can help you with anything. Breakfast spread is a bit limited but best in town.

I would stay here again

This was a good stay, no problems or other reasons to complain. In my room there was a window in the bathroom, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was included in the price, but it was nothing special, just similar to what you can expect to find in most of the Russian hotels.
