İ was there for a week and it was very good and pleasured for me the restaurant foods and the entertainment team espeacily Nastasya was a good person i enjoyed my vacation cause of her she was very good and polite to me and she knows how to cominicate with people it was a very good vacation thanks avantgarde and thanks Nastasya ☺️

I was 13 days that is otel i cant to expalin this otel bc verbs not enought for this really..!Everythink it is good.Animation team was super all shows and daily program so good..I will come back next year

OH MY GOD! If you are planning to go this hotel just don't!! go somewhere else but definitely not to this hotel!!! firstly when you enter to the hotel they don't welcome you, they don't help you with the luggages,you can just stand at the reception, they don't care what is the reason, they don't ask why you are there, what are you waiting for!!! This hotel has the most terrible reception in an entire world! awful! like they shout at you, I don't know maybe they are getting paid very low, or smth, but they are not friendly, like no smile on the face! you say hi, they just stare at you, I swear whole team at the hotel is just emotionless!! We asked them to change our room, because of air conditioner, minibar weren't working,shelves were broken. Reception girl Gorkem was yelling at me that if you want we can show you one of the broken air conditioners, the one you have in your room is working. Like seriously, do I really care about your air cons at the hotel? It is not my job, you don't feel it,I guess they do it purposely so they don't receive high electricity bills. Reception girl Derya, then Gular(i guess), Nadejda(hr) she refused helping me because she was taking coffee to her boss.. Kivanc at the beginning pretended to help us, but then he told me none really cares about our uncomfortable stay at the hotel. so the best thing you can do to change the hotel!! Can you believe it? how NOT professional it is!! don't go to the restaurant you can just get food poisoned!! mosquitos and flies are everywhere!! you ask the waiters to bring fork and knife, they just stare at you and then run away. It is impossible sit and chill at the lobby, because it is too hot and they don't turn on the air con. drinks are so bad,like in any other hotels either give or sell red bulls,it is impossible to find one buy at this hotel. no entertainment at this hotel, like in the evening they just arrange "karaoke" for customers that is it. It is family hotel not many people jump on the stage to sing a song. A la carte fish restaurant is so bad, waiters are too slow. However, beach was very nice, it was very clean. but the bars at the beach was awful, they don't have many drinks. I called them and ordered toothbrush set, and I had to call 3 times, after 3rd call they brought it. And btw they have to do some training with housekeeping team, and teach them they can't just open the door and come in the room, teach them they to do knock the door!!! and it is burning hot in every floor, you literally can't breathe, it is impossible, and the lighting is awful!!! so what I would say, just please read all this reviews before you going to this hotel!!! I wish I would read it before I go!!! I stayed there 3 days instead of 11, and switched to another hotel!!!!

Well i stayed at this hotel 1 weeks and it was so good. just swim in the pool, play with your families or friends, eat buffet foods, get tanned and entertained. The animation team was amazing. rooms were clean and foods were very delicious. staffs were helpful and kind. i would absolutely come back. you wouldn't regret staying this hotel.

The activities in the evening are poor. The flies in the eating rooms are a big concern. If you do not get poisoned from the food with all those flies you are lucky. The animation team must do a better job. Very poor activities. The reception team at my arrival was a disappointment. Three girls at the reception were making fun of me because I wasnt able to fill the form which was in russian and turkish language, which unfortunately I do not speak. The cleaning staff is not profesional. They arrive very late and you have to call them much more than one time. Every time you call the reception to ask for cleaning staff , or hot water missing or something you have lost they say: yes sir, 5 minutes and they never follow on your request.
The hotel structure is nice, the sea is beautiful and there is potential but the management needs to change completely.
