Decent hotel but pool was not operational
20ryanon 26/08/2017 09:22If it was not for the pool i would not have checked in to this hotel. But, when i reached, they said pool is not operational and we cannot use it. I felt cheated and cut short my stay from 4 days to 1 day. Fortunately it was pay at hotel while i booked online. So, i didn't need to pay any cancellation fee.
Quality of hotel is okay but no that great. One thing i like about this hotel is food is good and affordable. Not expensive as other hotels in calangute.
economical hotel
viralkumaron 25/10/2016 13:15its like 10 minute walk to calangate beach.for a price u can get swimming pool and breakfast dont mind to stay here with family.average hotel but so much you get for price you give for. we enjoyed here all meals and tours.
Affordable Hotel In GOA Calangute

very bad experience..
pkpkpk123on 16/04/2016 11:59does not deserve a single star..the people running the hotel were the worst behaved and irritating guys..specially a aged guy of around 55 yrs old named some gupta(as heard) ..also the hotel does not provide basic ammenities like Towels and drinking water...when we asked for towels the arrogant manager replied that they do not give towels to guests..and for water we need to buy mineral water only...the TV did no even start and they kept saying that it will be replaced but whole night passed by but it was never replaced..the hotel has a pool...but they never allow guests to use it..
The bedsheets and blankets were not clean.had smell of rat..
Overall it was a horrible experience ..Guys please stay away from this hotel...
Very nice stayed
dipakumundheon 05/04/2016 07:16We are 2 couple staying in avantika resort for 3 nights .we got daily good break fast and dinner also we will visit north goa tour and south goa tour with boat cruise arranged from reception. Nice rooms with balcony. Food was awesome during over stayed staff is also nice behaved with us . Memorable stayed in short for couple and family .
