Noisy but Clean Centrally Located Hotel .
Sealymonkon 01/06/2017 17:24The hotel ( if you can call it that ) was clean and centrally located. The room was also comfortable enough except for the NOISE. We can hear people shuffling through the hallway, voices ( including a crying baby) and their running water. We found the receptionist, an older lady, not helpful and rude ( she looked annoyed as she saw us wait for her while she was on the phone! We ended up not leaving and finding our way. The gentleman who took her place in the night shift was so much better. I can't really give the hotel a poor rating because we got what we paid for.
centrally located
Ihave6kidson 31/05/2017 22:30We stayed here in May 2017 . It was right in the heart of things. It was very close to Nuestro Senora De Pilar Basilica, which was magnificent! The rooms were fine, the breakfast was good. The parking situation is tricky. Since we live in mid-west America, all the roundabouts and one way streets were a challenge and the parking is blocks away underground. So it is not the easiest to maneuver around but it was very reasonably priced. So if you are look for a clean ,medium quality hotel, with a good location and breakfast, at a reasonable price, this might be the hotel for you.
Average hotel
yusufaytason 23/05/2017 17:49We had stayed in this hotel for a night. The hotel was very central and close to all attractions. The room was clean but we didn't like the pillows and blankets. The breakfast was good overall but I don't get why they didn't provide any cheese. We asked for a car park and it was very expensive.
Check parking
grumorfon 18/05/2017 15:10We checked in yesterday. The clerk gave a a small detailed map of where to park, that really wasn't clear. Partner came back to check with his sat Nav and the clerk sent us to the wrong car park. All in all took an hour to park the car and checkin. A suggestion would be grab a business card that on the reverse shows the car park easily. Unfortunately they don't have a postcode for the car park for your sat Nav. Lovely clean safe central hotel.
