The flat we rented was not in Camden Town as advertised in Booking.com. Actually the address was the office's address. The flat was right next to Euston station. It was ok for a family of four but it was too noisy. We got sheets and towels changed after 4 nights! No wifi for the last 3 days of our stay. The door of the flat was full of threatening notices to the tenant about various fines s/he could be asked to pay. E.g 40 pounds per hour for late checkout. Did not mention though any money back policy to the client for not offering them service as promised!

Pros: close to the Underground, great water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Cons: didn't know where room was until late in the process, very rough neighborhood, garbage everywhere (including trash from prior tenant, homeless people sleeping in the park in front of the building, needed a good cleaning (mold in the shower, counters weren't well kept), door lock was broken as was the dishwasher, not a great deal of help with issues.
Good thing we had plenty to do during the day away from the flat.

We booked two apartments and both if them were top Notch! I would highly recommend staying we had ages from 25-70 and it was perfect for Everyone! I would recommend it for groups family's with kids and for couples Too!

Stayed here from last Thursday until Sunday. Had to first go to an office where we were politely greeted by a buck named Russell who had a driver organized to bring us to our apartment. Apartment was very modern and clean with comfortable beds and large balconies! Couldn't recommend enough.

Our family of four stayed w LCA on Long Lane. Arriving at London City Airport at 10 am, it was about 20 min in a cab to the office on Union St. where we should pick up the keys etc. We were met by the friendly staff informing us the appartement was in fact ready, so 5 hrs early, we could settle in. We were given instructions, keys and various info regarding our stay incl maps and directions to the app. It was on the sixth flot in a building on Long Lane, and lived more than up to all our expections. It is by far the best accomodations we've had in London. The Southbank is our favorite borough w it's small pubs, restaurants, shops and of course Borough Market. We can highly recommend LCA.
