I would like to recommend this hotel located in Varna.The hotel it located 10 minutes from the beach and in front of Sea garden.The breakfast is very good and tasty.Staff is proffesional and polite.Free internet wi fi.

Very nice hotel, rooms and restaurant. There were available in the room high quality cosmetics and cleaning was done twice a day.
Breakfast is excellent with high variety of also salted and sweet products. English breakfast products and also fruits and real fresh juice is available.
The restaurant is very nice and the food is good. Also the personnel is very responsive.

Extremely impressive

I stayed here the first night I arrived in Varna and was immediately upgraded to one of their deluxe rooms upon arrival at no extra cost. I wasn't going to complain and was eagerly looking forward to seeing what the room was going to be like.

The positives:

Staff were incredibly courteous, friendly, professional and ALWAYS seemed happy to help. A big thank you to them for making me feel very welcome and seem approachable at all times.

The hotel appearance is beautiful from outside and inside and the location couldn't be any better with Varna beach less than a 100m in front of the hotel.

The room and hotel was extremely clean and very well looked after. The bistro bar downstairs was lovely and everything very affordable.

They offer an airport transfer to and from the hotel and I paid only €15 to come to the hotel from Varna airport. I had a very nice conversation with their driver who was polite and friendly.

The negative:

This may seem a bit picky and small but it did annoy me. There was no socket on either side of the bed to charge my phone...i looked many times so I'm pretty certain of this but there was one at the end of the bed under the room TV which was quite inconvenient. Of course it didn't do anything to change my opinion of my stay at all as I just slept the other way round on the bed so that I could use and charge my phone at the same time.

All in all it was an excellent 5 star experience and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. If I ever come back to Varna i would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights.
It is a nice simple hotel. Clean.
The service is the best part. Staff very responsive, helpful, and conscientious.
The breakfast was nice.
Nice location--close to downtown and to the beach and restaurants.

We stayed just 1 night at this hotel, and I have nothing but positive things to say,
Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with an assortment of baked goods, eggs, meats, cereal and yogurt, salmon and another fish that was fantastic. Fresh vegetable juices were also available. The location is also great. It was an easy walk to the sites in town, and the Sea Garden and beach are right across the street. The the main street for night life and restaurants is only a couple of blocks away. It's a great area for an evening or early morning stroll. We felt very safe walking around too, Our room was modern, comfortable and clean.
