The people working at the hotel is very nice and welcoming. Beds are comfortable, room and bathroom are clean.
However, the entire hotel lacks soundproofing, which prevented us for sleeping parts of the three nights of your stay.
The swimming pool is much smaller than what apppear on the pictures. The breakfast is ok but quite expensive for what it offers.

This is a hotel where the reception is open only a few hours. You have stairs to get to the lift and pannels every where about what you can not do ... like eating in your room. Considering that there is no restaurant but only a bar (again working only a few hours) you ask yourself if somebody will knock at your door if you eat a cookie in your room. Cleaning is really poor and rooms are basic even the confort ones.
Regarding the price when trying to book directly they answered me it was full. A few minutes later i booked the room with a booking engine for a few extra euros ... it look to me doubtful ... in any case nothing justifes the price

Lovely hotel, nicely decorated with lots of cosy little areas to relax. Good facilities for children, swimming pool, games room, tv room etc. Rooms had everything required, comfortable but a bit on the small side, however with all the public rooms to sit and read or play in the bedroom was just used for sleeping so it was fine. Covered garage a good extra for snowy weather. Good location for shops, restaurants, bars etc. but on a nice quiet street.

Nice friendly hotel in great area.

A group of motorcycling friends stayed here for 3 nights and all seemed happy with it, As has been stated elsewhere the decor is a bit tired in places but it is clean and airy with good wifi. Breakfast is good and my wife thought the pool was fine after a day out in the mountains.
Just be aware that winter seems to be the high season so not all the facilities in the town itself were open.

After recommendations we paid extra for a room with a view. This was great of the local mountains. The downside of being on that side of the building though, is noise from the school below and general roadworks. The staff seemed often absent so it's quite an anonymous hotel.
In our room (we suspect they all may be different), we liked the separate wardrobes each side of the bed, and the flexible automatic roller shutters. We didn't see air-conditioning but our room rarely got too hot. We thought the plumbing wasn't perfect, water didn't always drain away well, and the toilet was a bit smelly having no strong ventilation. There is no tea or coffee-making facility in the room, and the room is a bit small. We didn't mind as we weren't in it much. The bed not brilliant but adequate for comfort. WiFi is not good enough to Face-time in the room but if you go downstairs to the computer lounge it's fine. We liked that we could always park in the road outside the hotel. Location is good for the children's park and for restaurants in town, though we didn't really care for the local food which is quite heavy, lots of meat, everything with cheese, nightmare if you were a vegetarian I think. If you want to cut costs a bit, instead of having breakfast in the hotel, you can go up the main street to the right and eventually find a café/baker and eat at half the price. They also do packed lunches. If you chose this hotel for the cable car behind it, forget it, it is obsolete now.
