Fantastic stay
Natalie_joeon 01/08/2017 12:29We stayed for our 2nd anniversary. I booked via secret escapes for a decent price which included a 3 course meal and breakfast.
As a bonus we also got upgraded to the Sky suite, which was fantastic! The bathroom was great, it had a tv!
We ate dinner and breakfast at the brassiere, the food was lovely.
All the staff were very friendly.

CalChrison 30/07/2017 15:50Visited here recently and was very impressed. A hotel with a difference!! The rooms were gorgeous and the view across the runway was fab. Food was delicious. Staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble. Somewhere a bit special to stay.

Anna1331on 30/07/2017 14:56We came here to stay for the night, we arrived at the hotel and walked through the doors and straight away a gentleman came over and greeted us showed us to the lifts and showed us where to go to check in, which was such a great touch. We went to the 1st floor to check in and the lady explained our room and were we need to go for our treatments we had booked.
We walked into our Sky suite which was utterly amazing and so worth every penny. The room was spacious and luxurious. We had a lounge, closet, mini bar, king size bed, stunning bathroom and REN products, honestly the room was stunning.
At 2pm we had booked full body massages so we went down to the 2nd floor where we were greeted by the therapists and taken into a hotel room which was set up for our massages. The room was relaxing a really tranquil, the only negative was it was so cold in there so I struggled to relax, but the massages where nice.
We then had some drinks in the Skybar which the service was outstanding, we ordered some drinks and the young man that served us (unfortunately didn't get his name) we asked where the gym was and he didn't know so we just said "no worries thank you" he then came back 2 minutes later and had asked someone where it was and how we access it, awesome! We didn't stay that long as it was quite cold in there too, I did find this throughout the hotel. We had dinner down in 111 and again impeccable service, good food.
The next morning, we wen to the gym down stairs which was small but well equip and had all really good equipment, clean and have towels and water in there too. we had breakfast in the Brasserie, where sat down straight away and went up and had a look to see what goodies were there, all really fresh such a wide variety of amazing foods, we also ordered some egg whites and full English all so so good.
All in all the best night at a hotel in the UK, the staff where all amazing and the facilities and room were OUTSTANDING!! 10 out of 10! Faultless!
Disappointing afternoon tea
Steve Ron 29/07/2017 20:49Group of mums went here for afternoon tea. Sandwiches were dry, some had very little filling, and whilst they promptly bought more, they were still dry. Cakes looked amazing but bland ( and hit and miss with filling). Saving grace was the waitress - she was mortified when we told her about the sandwiches and rushed to get replacement, very knowledgeable about the wide range of teas and was very attentive
Beautiful hotel with welcoming staffs
Ranatankaon 28/07/2017 20:35Stayed at this hotel for a night post wedding. The hotel is in a fabulous location and has great views of Farnborough airport which is opposite the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the hotel is immaculate. We were upgraded to Airside suite with compliments, which had fantastic decor and a lovely view. The room had just about everything you would need from a mini bar to tea making facilities. Even hair straighters! My wife was over the moon. Breakfast had excellent choices with a very relaxed feel to the dining room. We had dinner at the Brasserie. Food was amazing! Desserts were to die for. The congratulations slate was very touching. Thank you so much.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend family and friends to stay here too. All in all a great stay! Superb!
