The room was quiet good,,bigger than ayaka room with the same room type,,but for breakfast, very limited meals, and the important thing is you need to give ur staff more trainning to smile n courtesy how to talk to the guest nicely in the restaurant, i usually stayed in ayaka, or rasuna icon in this area,, this is my first time to stay here, bcoz i would try other place to stay,,,

Premise is ok. Quite big but looks small from the outside. All clean and that is most important.

Location is fantastic. It's just 200m away from Lotte Avenue. Shop and return back in a jiffy. 50m from the main road, taxis will be easy to scout.

Room was good sized and comfy. View from my room was crap but that's due to low level and facing of room. You can get s better view but looking at layout you can also get a worse view 😅😅

Staff are polite and welcoming.

Guests.... Sorry to the Mainland Chinese people but you guys are really very loud. Very very loud. Your nationality basically were screaming during the breakfast and along room aisles. But guests are not her fault of the hotel. Mind you I stayed here for 4 nights and had 4 bfast and not 1 day nor night was I spared by the loudspeaker guests.

Verdict: if you can stand the loudspeaker volume of some of the hotel guests, come in and enjoy the hotel's good location and proximity to Mega Kuningan. But if you want peace then this hotel is not for you. Pay a little bit more and there are more hotels in the 1km radius.

The Hotel is at a good location.. amongst offices and malls...

Rooms are comfortable and well kept.

Breakfast was average - not too many options, esp if you a veggie ..

Staff is friendly and courteous..

Overall, was a good experience

Stayed at Avissa Suites for only one night. Located off the main traffic bottleneck, but once you turn into the side road, it is rather peaceful.

There are a couple of c-stores within a very short walking distance.

The first thing you notice is the nice Koi Pond with the beautiful fishes swimming in the clean water.

The room that I had was more that adequate with a bed with provided excellent sleep quality.

The bathroom and shower was very clean.

A nice surprise was the quality of the internet connection which was fast and very stable.

The big downside for me was the breakfast. My primary gripe is that all the suppose warm/hot breakfast items were stone cold. Even the freshly replenished items were at best lukewarm. Added to that there was not toaster for my morning toast.

Breakfast quality aside, an overall decent property.

Located in bustling Kuningan area, this hotel is quite small and hidden in a small street in Karet Setiabudi. However the access is quite easy and there are many food stalls and kiosks available to satiate your hunger, especially at night. There are two minimarkets (Circle K and Alfa) near the hotel and ATMs nearby. I was impressed with the staff's excellent services during my stay and they always ready 24/7. The room is quite spacious and the bathroom is big enough for me. The WiFi is excellent and the cable channels are varied. There are also water heater, mini fridge, desk and sofa for work. Easily one of the best among 3-star hotels I've stayed.
If there's something to improve, they need to improve their breakfast choices and taste and also the lamp in the rooms, too dim for me.
