awesome stay for our wedding week
Mosey75on 20/06/2017 17:02Clean, hospitable, overall very nice stay. We had about 50 friends and family staying with us four our wedding. Avista was very accomodating. My only very minor complaint would be there is only one bartender at the poolside bar making drinks. and for the drinks to cost $8.25, I shouldn't have to wait in line for 30 minutes every single time I wanted a drink. Also, not being able to pick our cleaning day was not ideal. Avista chose our cleaning day to be the same day as our wedding, therefore, we never received a cleaning at all. Other than that- I would absolutely stay here again.
Best family vacation EVER!!
Latasha Ton 17/06/2017 23:15We had two corner 3 bedroom oceanfront condos, when we walked in we were blown away!! It was CLEAN, beautiful, and the windows all had awesome views. It was very spacious, the kitchen was so nice!! The gym was great too, got 4 days of working out in!! We were checked on everyday by housekeeping. When go back we will be staying here!!!!
1st wedding Anniversary Get Away
katrinawheeler5on 15/06/2017 21:09Me and my husband went for our 1st wedding anniversary. We added the romance package to our stay. The room wasn’t decorated on arrival, but the staff apologized but decorated while we walked the beach. After all our room was so beautiful after they finally decorated it!! They even surprised us with a another room set up while w was at dinner with more champagne, two wine glasses, and some chocolate. The food was excellent and every staff member made sure we was accommodated well. The hotel is nice and clean. The staff was sooo nice. We felt as if we was home. We most definitely will be choosing Avista for our future trips.
Family vacation 2017
529rodneyson 15/06/2017 14:19We rented the 3 bedroom end unit. All 3 bedrooms had a view of the ocean through the floor to ceiling windows. Parking is in a parking deck across the street from the hotel. You can park under the hotel when checking in and unloading your luggage. The pools, hot tubes, and lazy river were very nice. The beach is a short walk from the pools that are beach side. There are plenty of loung chairs available around the pool. Chairs and umbrella are set up and ready to rent on the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed there last week of May 2017.
Above and beyond on customer service is all I can say! I have shared my experience with my family and friends!
Lacy Won 13/06/2017 05:32Unfortunately , we had a family death occur back home on our first night. The staff was very sympathic and caring during this tragic experience. Needless to say, we had to leave on and return home. Danielle, one of the managers, was so understanding, kind and accomdating during this difficult time. She even sent to our room a huge fruit basket and card expressing their condolences...like we were part of their family...all I can say is Wow! This is going above and beyond in customer relations. Thank You, Danielle and team Avista. From the beginning, all staff we encountered was very polite. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very affordable. Oh and I almost forgot to share, I left my swimsuit in bathroom and they mailed it to my home and they paid the shipping!!! They went well above customer service expectations. Thank You!
