LINDA Con 21/08/2017 19:14Lovely little guest house just outside of Cambridge. A little hard to find - they need a more prominent sign. The room wasn't ready when we got there so we went into Cambridge for a while. Breakfast was fine but should have been replenished sooner. The room was very nice though.

Wil283on 07/08/2017 19:11As soon as staff opens the door - you feel welcome. That's a good start. Rooms are good, clean and sufficient.
Breakfast ditto. Nothing fancy, but healthy and more than enough.
Love the idea that you can come down, take coffee/tea as you like it ... and even take it with you in the garden.
One can read a book in the common sitting room.
Dedicated parking.
Great for visiting Cambridge.
Ideal for short stay on outskirts of Cambridge
seniorcm55on 04/07/2017 21:12Ideal location as near to Trumpington Park & Ride which made it easier to access the city centre. Free Wi fi and ample selection for breakfast. Traffic in and out of Cambridge at peak time is horrendous so be aware if you need to somewhere at a certain time.

Keith Pon 03/07/2017 12:02Value for money. Breakfast is not Full English more continental plenty of choice be prepared to clear away but you didn't have to wash up. No Tea or Coffee in your room but there was always available in the dining room Tea, Coffee etc. Needs redecorating through out.

Tamera Bon 20/05/2017 15:51We had a pleasant stay at the Ayah Villa. The price was very reasonable. The girl working there was so sweet and helpful. The breakfast was cereals and breads. The bus stop was right across the street to take you into downtown Cambridge. To drive in yourself would have been very expensive for parking, so this was helpful, and even though we had checked out, we were allowed to park our car there for the day. It is a very old building that could use updates, but it was clean, comfortable and a bargain. I would recommend this based on these features. If you are looking for a first class hotel, be prepared to pay the price.
