One of the better value hotels
M Won 14/10/2016 17:15Tourism is suffering very badly in Pamukkale and this hotel appeared to have only one other room occupied. However it was extraordinarily good value. We had a double room ensuite, but small. There was wi-fi, television and air conditioning. Everything appeared clean. The breakfast was adequate but as the whole stay cost £34 for two people I would rate the hotel as outstandingly good value.
Good by budget hotel standards
srashid3on 02/10/2016 19:10The main reason I gave this hotel 4 instead of 3 stars is because of the kind owner. He gave the place a warm, family-owned vibe. He even made me a breakfast sandwich when I had to leave at 5 am. The stay itself was average, but he made it much nicer. Definitely not a fancy hotel.

The owner Mr Mustafa and his team makes all the difference by being available all the time and responding to our needs even when we were not aware o our needs. While going for a walk to the traverten lagoons he gave us his back pack including towels and bottles of ice cold water, we did neither ask for nor imagined that we needed.
The location is very good to walk to everything in Pamukkale.
Nice swimming pool for cooling when it is hot.

Bota Son 01/06/2016 12:15Thanks to the staff of the hotel. Everything was nice, clean and fresh. The hotel covers basic needs. Nice view to the mountains. Had a great time with my family. Breakfast was always fresh. Not so many guests.
False advertising
webbsmon 28/03/2016 14:36I booked this hotel on the basis that there was a gym or fitness center. At reception there is a sign pointing down the hallway to it and in your room the 'rules' to the hotel mention it. When we asked to use it we were told they didn't have one and needed to take the sign down. We rely on staying at hotels with these facilities for a reason. If I had known there wasn't one I would have stayed elsewhere. Further, the breakfast was terrible and the shower was black with mould. Further we asked reception for advice on where to go to purchase a rug. Instead they offered to sell us the one on the floor... About two blocks from the hotel we found the rug store. This is a small town so it's not as though they didn't know about the store... The walk in rate was €40 as opposed to €60 listed on expedia
