lydakion 24/07/2017 23:58Nice room in a very good place 20 minutes from city center but bus stop very close. Excellent breakfast, clean room with very small bathroom for a family.
Brain was really very friendly and helpful. We feel also stress because of his wife. I recommend the place and I could visit it again.
The worst guest house in the world!!!!!

Took £100.00 from us but wouldn't give us a key.
Owners were the rudest people I have ever met. We asked to use the toilet prior to checking in and the owner started shouting at the top of her voice while other guests were eating breakfast and sleeping...."hurry up!!!!"
Never stay in this guest house, it will ruin your stay in a very nice city!
Close to city centre
Lionel Ton 08/05/2017 00:18This is a cheap and cheerful place with good staff, and even better location. For what you pay it's definitely worth the visits. Close enough to the city centre and great public transport links. Would recommend if the prices are low!
Family mini break to Edinburgh
Jeremy Aon 21/04/2017 20:49Friendly and welcoming hosts They were able to give lots of valuable advice on places to visit in the locality. Breakfasts were excellent and nothing seemed like to much trouble .Standard of the room was very good. Would definitely stay here again Great value for money.
Lovely place
LittleMissChelson 18/04/2017 19:27Booked this place on booking.com for a stay in Edinburgh as it was great value, included breakfast and had free parking too. The owners were lovely and welcoming and offered help and advice to activities and travel. The room was a nice size with tea making facilities and a good sized wardrobe with chest of drawers. We had a private key to a bathroom that was seperate and it was a great size. The breakfast was delicious. You could have cooked as well as cereals, fruits, nuts and yogurts. It wasn't far from the city centre and is recommended it be reached by public transport, which is nice and easy to get. Definitely recommended!
