Nice hotel with good rooms and nice fresh food.

The staff are friendly and warm.

The swimming pool and some parts of the hotel were under repair so missed out on outdoor activities.

The hotel runs an airport shuttle which connects to the hotel, the shuttle has free WIFI.

The food is great only that the restaurant is small and may do with some expansion.
This is a serine hotel good for rest and nice sleep.

A good business Hotel to stay around if you have a 100% focus on securing business. Clean, TIdy, Spacious Hotel, Good spread of Menu for the food keeping in mind the franco-african approach to the Hotel, have been here more than 8 times since 2014 and never have they disappointed in Service or otherwise

Second stay (first one in 2013). The security measures restricting access to non residents are very effective. Comfortable room with all commodities and equipments in working conditions. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good internet wifi connection. House keeping is very well done. Room service is unpredictable. Front desk staff may need some training on customer service (more smiley and helpful...)

Spacious Hotel

Stayed at Hotel Salam for a few days... it is very spacious but with very antiquated fittings! The hotel is undergoing renovations... perhaps will be modernized over the next few months!

The staff are great!

No Respect for Paying Guests- DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED SLEEP OR TO WORK

Hotel favours allowing loud parties and weddings to play extremely loud music until 12 midnight, while guests are left to have blaring music all night in their rooms. Totally unacceptable and not expected at a business hotel. I had to spend over two hours contacting reception to ask to be moved rooms and was informed that if I moved rooms it would be extremely loud at 8am the next morning *Sunday* due to construction, so it was "better" for me to wait until after midnight in the room I was in for the wedding music to stop and then to start work my work after midnight or sleep then...

Have you ever heard something so ridiculous? Said to a paying guest. I cannot describe how loud the music way. I am a frequent traveler and have NEVER experienced anything as bad as this.

Needless to say, I will never stay here again and will inform all colleagues to do the same. Worst hotel experience in western africa. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR BUSINESS OR IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REST OR EVEN HAVE SOME SLEEP.
