What People are saying

An average hotel though breakfast is highly recommended!

We stayed at Aziza for 3nights however, I'm not impressed with this hotel. The staffs are friendly and really helpful but there are some points about the hotel that we didn't like.

Aziza Shuttle from the airport is clean, big and ready. The driver is kind and knowledgeable. First, we arrived at the hotel around 7:00pm and had our check-in process smoothly. They allocated us at rm 209 but was surprised of too much fireflies and even some frogs in the hallway. Even if we're tired from our flight, we tried to have some patience and entered the room nicely even if then we left our bags to have our dinner at the hotel.

While having our dinner, I noticed that the front desk only gave me 1 keycard which is for the electricity (keycard wall slot). After our dinner, I proceeded to the front desk and ask for a keycard and a late check-out. They gave me one card but asked me first to fill-up something and also approved the late check-out!

I walked back to the room though it's really horrible to see the hallway with lots of fireflies and frogs. Sorry if I sounded to rude but it's our first time here in Palawan and expecting for a good vacation.

That's why I requested the front office associate to transfer us to another room and was nice enough to entertain my request for transfer. We had our new room at the center of the hotel (second floor, 319).

On our second day, breakfast that was served is really delicious. Thumbs up! for their chef who does creative pancakes upon request like Disney Princesses, Pikachu, Hello kitty, Minion etc. No doubt that their staffs are really hospitable and nice. The pool and the facade looks good too!

On the other hand, there are some rust inside the shower room. And while taking a bath, the water is sprinkling from different ways. Aircon is not even cooling. The engineer tried to check though he suggested us to just transfer to another room. We were disappointed and tired of transferring to different rooms that's why we just chose to stay on the same room. Internet is not even that fast.

As a hotelier, I really don't want to write this letter since guests will depend on reviews although this is to improve their service and maintenance. I'm expecting for a better action from the management since there are lots of incident happened to our stay at the hotel.

Average hotel with great buffet breakfast

This is an average hotel, i book this hotel for 4 people but got only 2 towels in the room. The swimming pool looks big in the picture but it is not really big, the lights in the picture like pink and blue is was not on. Door in the bathroom is sliding door in which i don't find lame. There was kettle, 2 cups, coffee creamer, and sugar in the room but no coffee.
At night time I ordered margarita and that was good. The bar tender is excellent. He made my margarita super goo.
Breakfast is the best in all the hotel i've been. Lots of choices and you can have your eggs made the way you want it.
Airport shuttle is free and the receptionist check my flight in with Philippine Airlines.
Staff are excellent in many many ways.
I will come back.

Comfortable stay

Upon arriving, you will be pleasantly surprised by the tropical vibe of their open-air lobby. Check-in was swift and easy and we were accompanied by the staff to our room. We stayed at a superior premiere room which was in a building on one side of the pool. The room was more spacious than we expected, there was a small balcony (but no chairs or anything to hang wet clothes on), and it was clean. Everything worked okay, the bed was cozy, but wifi was spotty in this part of the hotel. The only problem we had with our room was that the drain in the shower clogged up every time we took a shower, so sometimes the water flowed out to the bathroom. We asked them to check but I think it was really a plumbing problem as this persisted throughout our stay.

The pool looked lovely lit up at night, it was a good sized one as well. We ate at the restaurant a few times, besides the buffet breakfast. The food was good - we especially loved the pizza. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of choices for Filipino and American/continental breakfast and there was also an omelette station. We didn't try the other restaurants on site, but there was a Japanese restaurant as well. There was live entertainment every night.

The hotel is conveniently located near a mall, and it was easy to get a trike ride as the drivers usually line up outside the hotel, otherwise they pass by frequently. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport (the shuttle to the airport have a schedule so you can't book the van according to your flight; it's easy to just ride a trike to the airport though). Service was great, staff were warm and courteous. They also responded to our email queries promptly and helped us book a table at Ka Lui when we emailed them while we were on our Honda Bay tour. Overall, it was pleasant and I've already recommended the hotel to friends and family.

Modern and comfy

I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel when my aunts and uncle from the US came for a visit. Our travel agent in Manila booked us at this hotel and I daresay she did a very good job. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The place is beautiful. Although I didn't get to try the pool (I prefer the beach), the design was pretty interesting, especially with the fountains changing colored lights when lit up at night. I shared a room with my mom's sister and we had very comfortable beds. The bathroom was a decent size but it flooded a bit. It wasn't a big problem, just somewhat annoying.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They greeted us every time they saw us and I thought that was very nice. They were very good at giving directions, especially when I needed to go to the mall and buy stuff I needed.

Breakfast was a grand buffet! Their selections were very good and filling. I really enjoyed my mornings with them.

Overall, we had an awesome stay. I recommended this hotel to my youngest brother and he and his family stayed there for one or two nights last month. They had a similar experience as mine!

Thank you, Aziza! I'd love to stay there again when we go back to Palawan.

Wonderful stay

Hotel with a relaxing ambiance, good service (especially their crew named Jeremy), delicious food (especially the pancakes), nice pool even nicer during the evenings.
Loved their acoustic performances every night.
