Comfortable hotel, good location

We staid for one night, the room was cozy and clean- it was at the first floor, I think was superior double. Bathroom was clean and modern, bed was comfortable. Staff was really helpful and allowed us to leave our car in front of the hotel during our stay. As only disadvantage I could point out is that cleaning of rooms around started early and was really noisy, we couldn't sleep after 8AM. In general, I would recommend the hotel- walking distance to main sightseeing (10-15 min), comfortable and affordable.

I and my wife arrived at this hotel for honey moon. We booked a room 1 month before but a hotel stuff told us that the reservation hadn't been confirmed yet. After showing an evidence of reservation confirmation email, she booked a room at Ibis hotel nearby and gave us 5 euros for compensation but not enough. We never use this hotel and don't use 'booking.com'. We got refund from this UK company but no apology at all.

Short stay spoiled by poor service and very small rooms, 3rd floor with no elevator.

Even though this was only a 1 nighter we had to get an early taxi to the railway station. The manager on duty promised to arrange this but either he or the taxi driver failed. Fortunately for UBER, we arrived in time.
The rooms on the 3rd floor were very small for the double bed and there is no elevator so getting bags up the stairs is a struggle. Must say the duty manager did assist with some of this.

Cute Hotel with Good Location

We stayed here for two days & had a good time.
After the initial hiccup where it was not clear about our reservation & moved around a bit, we finally got a room & it was all good after that.
The location is good where most of the attractions are within walking disgrace. Trams & buses runs just a minute away from the place & central train station is 15 minutes walk only. Couple of eating places nearby.
The room was nice & decently sized. To be honest, I imagined it to be smaller & it was a good surprise. Mind you, no balconies here. A window brought us the road side view & it could be opened. The bed was comfortable, the washroom was of decent size & air conditioner worked well.
The staff was polite & helpful. We were guided with what we can see & how to reach to specific places. We only spoke English but language was not a huge barrier here. The interaction with staff was more about human element rather then a professional service which I like the most in a hotel.
We did not try any food here although there
was an option for the breakfast that I am
sure of. The small garden at the back was nice & we brought our own food & drinks &
say there in late evenings.

Overall a very good experience.

Azur Hotel: Cute hotel in quiet residential area

The location of Azur Hotel is excellent: the Vieux Port with its bars and restaurants is within walking distance, bus, tram and underground station, car parkings, minimarkets, launderette are all quite near.
Rooms are rather small (we had some trouble to find space for our big suitcases), but very clean. They have air conditioning, which is really indispensable, as we found out. When we arrived at our room after a late dinner in the Vieuw Port area we discovered that the air conditioning did not work at all. Obviously we complained about it, but as it was already late there was little that the lady at reception could do but promise us a better room that would be available the following day. We barely slept that night and very very happy to change into a room with properly functioning air conditioning after breakfast which the lady in charge had had cleaned early in the morning.
Breakfast is served on a tray either in the downstairs breakfast hall or in the garden at the back of the hotel, a lovely place and deliciously cool in the morning air.
We found staff very friendly and helpful always ready to answer any question you may have about sights , public transport, etc.
