So this is NOT a luxury resort. This is a family run, down to earth resort, unpreteintious, but with a lot of soul.
I have been coming here for years, and have come to love the place. The owners, Gio and Lani, care very much for the resort, and do therir best to make your stay a good one.
But - lets beclear ... if you are looking for a five-star resort, at the price of a budget hotel - Then you wont find it .. anywhere.. Âzzurro is a small resort, ON the beach, owned and run as a family business.
The rooms are nice and cozy, but as it goes for MANY resorts who arent backed by a multibillion dollar hotel chain - they are used, and they arent Shangri-La level.
But the rooms are only one small part of this lovely resort. Gio, and his staff are good at what they do - keeping customers happy. The restaurant is literally on the beach and the kitchen is a good one. The italian cuisine (they had it whan i was there), is great, as Gio IS italian, and uncompromizely strict with how italian food is presented. I loved every minute of it!!

Stayed here with husband and two teenagers. It was nice and quiet and right on the beach, perfect! It helped being close to everything for all if us. Staff very happy to help whenever any needs. We had great food here for all times of the day. Very clean and place cared for by long term staff and it shows. Would stay here again definitely if lucky to get back to Boracay!

located at station 3, frontage is a restaurant, rooms done in bad taste of style , tv hardly responds to the remote, only accepts cash, very lousy internet, you get 3 second connection and off it goes, not recommendable, staff not polite

Just got back from Boracay and stayed in this hotel. Got 2 family rooms and stayed 4 days. Rooms were small, pillows not comfortable and blankets already overused. Much worse is the bathroom>filthy. Aircon needs to be replaced. Requested staff to do some cleaning while having beach activities but no one cleaned our room. Another thing is that if you plan to stay in this hotel please bring insect repellent, so many mosquitoes in their rooms. Very very poor service, wi-fi too slow and most of the time no connection . You have to go to the lobby to get one. Their swiper doesn't work too so don't depend on your credit card. The only consolation you have is it's beachfront . Other than this> nothing!!! There are many hotels that are reasonable but you get your money's worth. This is the worst hotel we have stayed. Pictures in their website are deceiving.

The room was dark and ugly. The aircon doesn't have controls, you either turn it on and freeze or you turn it off and sweat. The only saving grace of this place is its beach front location and accomodating staff.
